Life is good! It's been cold up here, and I haven't gotten outside as much as I like. But I did take my son's puppy for a walk through the snow today, to where about six deer sleep on the lawn at night, and on to the fields and woods. She likes tracking the deer until we get close, and she is anxious when her eyes meet theirs. Then she turns and runs -- her jumps elevating, much higher than my old bones take me.
