He is a polarizing figure. That’s no longer an opinion. It’s a fact, and it has to be the starting point of any discussion of a Sanders run.

I was a Bernie supporter until Hillary was nominated. I don’t agree with him on everything, but I like much of what he says. And he’s a New Englander, which is a point in his favor.

But he has baggage. A lot of it. And he’s too old. I know that may be inappropriate but, like the polarization issue, it’s a fact.
