7. He'd be running in the new 18th District against Mike Doyle

New 18th - city of Pittsburgh, south suburbs
New 17th - north suburbs, Ohio Valley, east to Beaver County
New 14th - Washington, Greene, Fayette and western half of Westmoreland counties

The 18th District will include Mount Lebanon, and all of the city of Pittsburgh. So unless Conor Lamb moves he'll be running against Mike Doyle (D) who has been a Rep in the House since 1995. It's possible that Doyle may decide not to run again, but I'd say it's doubtful. Lamb will have to runin the Democratic primary against one of the best Representatives we have.

Here's more info on Doyle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_F._Doyle

FYI I don't see how Rick Saccone could run again for the new 14th District if he lives in Elizabeth. Elizabeth is also in the new 18th district where Saccone wouldn't stand a chance. Maybe he plans to move?
