Wisconsin Republicans have done everything in their power to affect the vote - lots of voter suppression, gerrymandering, and more. If any state was influenced by Russian interference, it was Wisconsin - because the door was open wide.

Feingold was ahead in the polls up to the election and then Johnson won. The vote was hacked in WI.
