21. I'd rather see him resign from his Congressional position immediately

As a condition of his resignation being accepted, he has to turn over all of his assets to the U.S. Treasury.

Otherwise, he can rot in Congress until his ass gets officially booted out this November, taking consequences of all of his actions.
