Today is Barron's 18th birthday. Does Melania stay or go?
With her kid now a legal adult, will Melania take what's left of the money and run? She hates her husband, that much is obvious. Will she be bribed, ahem, persuaded, to stay and go on the stump with TSF?
En route to work today, I took in a beautiful sight.
Along Ravenna Road in red Geauga County (northeast Ohio), I saw a Biden/Harris 2024 yard sign and a Re-elect Sherrod Brown for Senator sign right next to it. Those are first I have seen this season. Here's to seeing many more of them!! 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊
How do I explain to a young Gen Z friend that voting third party is not in her best interest?
She is such a sweet and grounded young lady of 24, who is very turned on to women's issues. Her first election was in 2020, at the age of 20, and she voted third party. How do I persuade her that this time she should not only vote for Biden/Harris, but D all the way? She is a little naive to the fact that third party isn't a good thing, but she is totally open to ideas. Thanks!!

Have any of you ever done victim advocacy?
I was talking to someone from my county's chapter of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. They asked me if I would be interested in victim advocacy. I requested more information, and am thinking about it very seriously. Have any of you ever done something like this?

A few weeks back, I posted about a blowup I had with my sister and her husband about that man. I said that anyone who supports him is pro-rape. Needless to say, it didn't go over very well and I wound up fleeing their house in tears.
I just overheard a conversation my folks were having. Dad told Mom he just got off the phone with Sis. He mentioned that Sis had said it was awfully fishy that E. Jean couldn't remember the date, that there was no security footage, etc.
I have posted several times on this forum that I am a survivor of sexual assault - by a man who I had implicitly trusted and thought was my friend. I had known him (or thought I knew him) for nearly a decade. She knows that.
For years, I have wondered why I never felt comfortable confiding in my sister about my ordeal. Now I think I know why. 💔🔪

Really, aren't their supposed victories just fruit of the poisonous tree? Just asking.
