Wonder WhyWonder Why's Journal
If a thread is opened in multiple forums, each one may have different responders so readers would have to find each of these to see all the replies. Is there any way to change the system to allow users to open a single thread in more than one forum so that readers who see it in one forum will be replying to a common thread or at least see all the replies no matter what forum they see the question on?
I can understand wanting to give Star Members extra privileges but unlike the other forums which are about external issues, the Help forum is to seek answers to questions about D.U. That means that there could easily be numerous times a question was posted and numerous different answers or suggestions in each one. It also means that, yet again, the same question answered in one or more posts is just had another post added.
I'm surprised at this because for years many answers have been "Have you searched for that first?"
Is there some reason that that the Help forum couldn't be open to search by everyone? I'm sure this question has been asked here before.
A headline on a respected site Reuters:
China Evergrande chairman under scrutiny on suspicion of illegal crimes
says that the chairman of Evergrande committed "illegal crimes" so does that mean Donnie's crimes may not have been illegal?
