None are for low income of working families. And the units are sold out BEFORE building is completed. How is that?
Well, it is because the units are being bought by billionaires as investment properties. Single family homes, condo, apartments...it doesn't matter. Most families can't buy them outright because the banks are in cahoots with the developers. Affordable housing is almost completely gone in this area. The billionaires buy the properties and then lease or resell them for outrageous costs at huge profits. Most are never inhabited by the original buyers. In the meantime, the homeless and working homeless are growing in numbers and living in shelters that quickly filling to capacity.

I have written to our Governor, the County Council and no one seems to give a damn because they are all make the zoning decisions and are themselves invested in the properties.

So please do not complain that the new home in your gated community is secretly housing two to four families. That is the only way many working men and women with families can survive.

I always thought Montgomery County, Maryland was different than other suburbs...but now, not so much. They used to mainstream low income families in residential areas and everything was fine. Most living in the neighborhood never even really knew there was subsidized housing in their neighborhoods. And so the wealth distribution continues upward in evermore narrowing bands.

The poor and the underserved will suffer the most from rising interest rates. Stopping the gouging by corporate America will stop inflation and rolling back some prices AND/OR collecting windfall profit taxes from gouging companies will.

Could it be they are related?

All the tabloids that you find glaring at you as you go through the check out were absent ANYTHING about Trump, J6, or any of the insurrectionist Congresscritters from the House and Senate. Wow.

When Benghazi was going on, Hillary was on every tabloid there was from holding alien babies, to embracing Muslims. I use to spend a lot my time then turning the tabloids around so that the cover wasn't showing. The only thing surprising about this is that it took me so long to notice. I guess because I usually ignore the tabloids. Anyway, "they" told us how they play the game some time ago. The tabloid monopoly is owned by the anti-democracy, anti-truth, anti-fact, fascist-Nazi conglomerate.

there will be no criminal charges against Trump or his enablers in Congress. He's talking about what Trump "believed." It appears that intent will be difficult to prove since his supporters are saying that Trump actually believed that the election was stolen. WTF!

Now you know why Trump and his cult are still swearing that the elections was stolen. Someone has told them the plea this (fake claim since there is a shitload of evidence proving that the election wasn't stolen) in order to avoid "criminal" charges. This why they are still stuck on a "stolen election" despite the overwhelming evidence against it.

What a crock. Trump was told numerous times by numerous of his inner circle and other supporting enablers that their was no evidence of a stolen election. He well knows that as long as he insists that the election was stolen his chances of being charged with criminal actions are reduced. I call BULLSHIT He was told enough times by people he respected that he lost a free and fair election that he knew or SHOULD HAVE KNOWN that saying the election was stolen was and still is a big lie!

Why is he skeptical about the Secret Service recordings played by the J6 Committee?
Should they now call in the VP SS agents to either verify or refute that what was played was their communication on J6? WTF?

Is this guy's job is to throw cold water on what we heard with our own eyes and cover for the SS.

When they testify against the insurrection but need to say that Trump did anything good for the country they are saying that had he won, they would still be serving him and if he runs again, I will support him and vote for him.
