If it is predicted that he will use those weapons no matter what, then NATO needs to get its act together and trounce Putin inside Russia sooner rather than later. We don't need troops on the ground to do that. And while we were willing to allow Israel to bomb the hell out of Iran in hopes of the Iranians rising up to overthrow their regime, it appears that we are unwilling to do the same with Putin and Russia. There are many people inside Russia who are willing, and I dare say preparing already, to oust Putin. A little help from NATO might turn the tide. Right now, the resistance inside Russia sees no help coming their way. If they did, things might be different inside Russia.
