Exhibit 7734 in the Theranos Trial

It's in a pdf and I don't have the skills to reproduce it, but I thought it worth while to do a few excerpts.
It's 3 pages in Elizabeth Holmes' handwriting. Apparently it's notes to herself on how to run her company. The last bit is, shall we say, ironic?

Every morning I will force myself out of bed and spend twenty minutes to write what I want from the day. I will only spend time on things that are most important to cash flow and long term strategy.
I will never meet with anyone for more than 5 minutes unless I have written down why I am meeting with them.
I will always give crisp, clean goals and feedback to my subordinates... especially if they don't like it
I will never assume that people will do the right or noble(?) thing.
They are not motivated by what I am motivated by.

Omicron likely circulating earlier and more widely than thought.

So it's probably been around since October and may not have originated in South Africa.
But our panicky response was to impose a travel ban which will result in economic disaster for the country that alerted us to the problem.
End the travel ban! Don't do dumb stuff! (Even the panicky Dr. Ding thinks we should get rid of it.)

Capital One to end overdraft fees.

Capital One ends overdraft fees. The lender said it would stop charging customers for overdrawing their accounts, the latest to do so, shortly before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said it would closely examine banks that relied heavily on such charges for revenue.
