I only understand the law well enough to have questions...

1) Re: a change of venue request. How does a Judge decide? If DC only gave Trump 5% of the vote, can they hold the trial in DC? Move to Stafford County, Spotsylvania County? Orange County?

2) If the change of venue request is denied, I believe that CAN NOT be immediately appealed but would it remain as a potential post-verdict appeal grounds?

3) Does Trump have a right to 6 Trump voters on the Jury? Finding 12 people who have no opinion of Trump doesn't sound possible.

4) I know that a Federal Grand Jury indictment CAN be challenged, for several reasons in fact. Trump lawyers would be certain to argue that the crime wasn't really a crime, being POTUS. How does the Judge decide? Can his decision be appealed BEFORE a trial? Can an appellate Court or even the Supreme Court find that no crime was committed, thus the indictment is false?

Generally... how much can the Trump SCOTUS affect a trial?

5) Time. What kind of time frame are we talking? Is there any way for this t work through the Judicial system and be done and over by 11/24?

I'm afraid if a GOP'er wins, this thing disappears January, 2025.

"National Archives counters Trump's claims Obama took classified documents"

WE all knew this...

But here's the ammo to shut up fools on social media.

Driving the news: The National Archives was quick to counter Trump's claims on Friday, noting in a statement that it "assumed exclusive legal and physical custody" of Obama's presidential records after he left office.

The former president "has no control over where and how" the records are stored, it said.

The National Archives said it moved about 30 million pages of unclassified records from the Obama administration to a facility that it maintains in Chicago. Classified documents remain in a facility in Washington, D.C.

I think I know a way the GOP can get rid of Trump and keep the base...

So yeah... sometimes I sit around just thinking stuff up.

Of course they won't actually DO THIS...

They make a deal with Trump. "Win the House in 22, we give you the gavel and you refuse to run for 24".

This will make many puke, but Pelosi would hand the gavel to Trump in January. Trump would be seated behind Biden for the SOTU speech doing Lord knows what to the speech transcript? Maybe he'd drop trow and wipe his ass with it on National TV?

They'd tell Trump he'd get to preside over the House Investigation into the MAL FBI Raid and preside over impeaching Biden... twice.

Then he'd hand the gavel off to McCarthy and endorse DeSantis saying "My work is done"...

The instructional part of this story???

Vote like your very life depends on it... because it does.

Vote blue, no matter who.

I'll got out on a limb and introduce my own theory on WHAT the docs are...

They MAY have something to do with nuclear secrets, etc...

But here's what I THINK the bulk of it is....

Remember, he's obsessed with the "Russia Investigation" leading up to Mueller Report.

The whole Carter Page, George Papadopolous, Christopher Steele thing...

Now read between the lines.

He gave National Archives access to John Solomon. Who the fuck is John Solomon you ask?

He's the former Washington Times editor in Chief/Exec who went on to be a Fox News contributor and worked closely with Sean Hannity digging up info about the Russia investigation.

From 2018, John Solomon had ONE job. He researched the Russia investigation. He set the framework for many of the popular conspiracy theories that arose on the topic.

So... Trump's defender, Trump's "journalist" gets access to the National Archives in the final days of the Trump administration.

And he has Kash Patel, the guy with the US Gov't nametag opening doors.

To collect the basis for the "Russia Investigation" documents. To have them packaged and sent to M-A-L.

Why? Here's the real question. Trump said he was declassifying all the documents related to the "Russia Investigation" so the public could know the "truth".

But knowing Trump... more than likely it was to HIDE something from further scrutiny.

I'm willing to BET that the documents in question TODAY are the foundational documents and product of the Russia/Steele investigation and it includes information about human assets, the FBI/CIA actors who interacted with Page and Papadapolous, etc.

Some of my sources:

A succinct timeline of what happened at Mar-a-Lago

The FBI raided Mar-A-Lago on Monday following months of controversy over Trump bringing back documents to his Florida estate.

Under the Presidential Records Act, White House documents are required to be preserved and turned over to the National Archives and should not be kept in the ex-president’s possession when they leave office.

The National Archives said in February it had “arranged for the transport of” 15 boxes of documents from Mar-A-Lago, which multiple outlets report Trump only turned over when threatened with legal action, and reports emerged in April that the FBI was looking into the matter at the Archives’ request.

The FBI then reportedly met with Trump’s associates at Mar-A-Lago in June to gather more information on the documents and where they had been stored. After that meeting, the Journal reports agents asked for the room where the documents had been stored to be secured and for any items that were transported from the White House to Mar-A-Lago to be preserved. According to the Journal and the Washington Post, investigators were skeptical about whether Trump’s associates were being “truthful” when asked if there were more documents that hadn’t been turned over.

For those who are curious... new nuclear codes are generated DAILY.

Here's the process.

And the code can't be viewed without breaking the "biscuit" holding the code.

The Gold Codes are the launch codes for nuclear weapons provided to the president of the United States in his role as commander-in-chief of the armed forces.[1] In conjunction with the nuclear football, the Gold Codes allow the president to authorize a nuclear attack.[2] Gold Codes, as well as a separate nuclear football, are also assigned to the vice president in case the president is incapacitated or otherwise unable to discharge the duties of office pursuant to the Twenty-fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution.[3][4] Gold Codes are arranged in a column and printed on a plastic card nicknamed "the biscuit."[5]

The card's size is similar to that of a credit card, and the president is supposed to carry it on his person. Before it can be read, an opaque plastic covering must be snapped in two and removed.[6]

Gold Codes are generated daily and provided by the National Security Agency (NSA) to the White House, The Pentagon, United States Strategic Command and TACAMO. For an extra level of security, the list of codes on the card includes codes that have no meaning, and therefore the president must memorize where on the list the correct code is located. The concept behind the codes is that they permit the president to positively identify themself as the commander-in-chief and thereby authenticate a launch order to the National Military Command Center (NMCC).[7][8]

Midterm Strategy and President Biden's approval numbers.

The Republican strategy is clear... they'll attempt to tie Warnock and Fetterman and Cortez Masto and others directly to Biden.

In Georgia, Q'Pac has Biden's approval rating at 33%

In Pennsylvania, he's at 39% according to Suffolk

And in Nevada, he's at 30% according to a Civiqs poll.

Fortunately for us... OZ and Walker are CRAP candidates.

Laxalt and Brnovich are more traditional candidates and may make it a close race.

I've already seen some Dem Senate candidates publicly distance themselves from the White House (Kelly, AZ)

How to play the mid terms?

Battleground State DU'ers... what are YOU seeing on TV ads from the GOP'ers??

It's the GUNS... but it's the hate and despair that pulls the trigger.

This is JUST my opinion.

Kids nowadays are filled with hate, sadness and despair from the moment they begin to understand the language.

Kids are told they have no future because the world is doomed and fucked. Polar Bears are dying.

Kids hear their parents and other adults say mean and nasty things about people.

Kids see neighbors hating neighbor.

Kids see open trenches filled with bodies in Iraq... or in Libya, Syria... or Ukraine.

Kids are raised by Reddit and 4Chan and Call of Duty... and Fortnite.

Kids have trouble developing their own sense of love and adoration for others.

And the violence... violence is normalized in every aspect of their lives.

Didn't always used to be like this... Mid West 1960's-70's childhood here... never saw crap like this.

Our culture is the poison and when you combine that with easy access to guns... you see what happens.

The ONLY solution to all of this is to raise a generation or two of kind and loving kids.

Don't teach kids why other people are BAD... teach them that everyone deserves the right to live in the way that makes them happy and derive happiness from seeing others live their own "best life"...

Because right now... we're living an American version of Rwanda.

I found a Bobby Crimo Twitter page that hasn't been taken down... Awake Fan Club

What a way to ruin the burgers and hot dogs...

Note for the potential alerters. Salon is ranked as LEFT by the media bias websites. So NO I'm not spreading Right Wing Sources.

"Donald Trump is set to announce his run for 2024 on Monday, which is a very special day. We're shooting this right now during a break during my live show on June 29th, Wednesday edition. That means in five days, on July 4th, President Trump is gonna announce he's running for his second term," Jones said.
