I did get a full headache after the shot but I know from my mother-in-law that is a side effect she gets. Naturally they told me my arm would be sore. If just seems the soreness is becoming more intense. Is that normal? I took two aleve.

I am finally on the internet. We had it Monday morning than all of a sudden we lost all of it Internet, cable and phone. Because of labor day company can't come out understandable called off today to deal with this. Came found an issue with a wire change that out. they have service up but are coming back some about a cuplink (?) going bad and switching it out. so while I wait for them to come back at 2 I went and got the flu shot. yes my arm is sore. I am also getting a headache.

Former Marine Claims Troops Are Now Discussing “Dosobeying Unlawful” Orders From Trump As They Expect Him To Turn to The Military To Keep Him In Power

Former Marine who served in Iraq and Democratic Representative Seth Mouton recently sat down for a remote interview with MSNBC’s Alex Witt and wasted absolutely no time in criticizing Donald Trump for his alleged comments, calling fallen American service members “losers” and “suckers.” But things got even more serious when Mouton revealed that the disdain for and dissatisfaction with the current president runs deep in the US military.
The MSNBC host asked the former Marine how current and former members of the United States military feel about their current commander-in-chief, and Mouton cut right to the chase.

Witt asked, “What have you heard from troops? Those that are your constituent, veterans that have come home or those who you’re in contact?”

“Well, I’m not going to speak for every veteran,” Mouton responded, “but I can’t tell you how many have reached out to me and said that they have discussions now in the military about what it means to disobey unlawful orders, because they fully expect them from the commander in chief. There are a lot of people, even inside the White House, who believe that he’s going to try to get the military to keep him in power after he loses this election to Joe Biden.”

President Trump is moving to revamp federal agencies’ racial sensitivity trainings, casting some of them “divisive” and “un-American,” according to a memo by the White House Office of Management and Budget.

In the two-page memo, OMB Director Russell Vought says that Trump has asked him to prevent federal agencies from spending millions in taxpayer dollars on these training sessions. Vought says OMB will instruct federal agencies to come up with a list of all contracts related to training sessions involving “white privilege“ or “critical race theory,” and do everything possible within the law to cancel those contracts, the memo states.

The memo, released on Friday, also tells all federal agencies to identify and if possible cancel contracts that involve teaching that America is an “inherently racist or evil country.”
