All Spec Ops now report to DOD only.

WASHINGTON — Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller on Wednesday ordered the Pentagon’s top civilian overseeing the military’s special operations community to report directly to him, effectively elevating U.S. Special Operations Command to the same level of the Pentagon’s military departments.

The change makes the assistant secretary of defense for special operations and low intensity conflict a service secretary-like position responsible for the oversight and advocacy of the military’s special operations forces, said Miller, who is expected to serve in the Defense Department’s top job only about two months.

It took a long time to erode our democracy.

Calling our democratic process "rigged, "demanding every vote count before you concede when you are clearly mathematically eliminated is wrong. Ginning up your base after you have mathematically lost is dangerous. I get that some politicians do this to gin up their base into continuing their donations but they do it at the risk of slowly eroding trust in our process Calling the FBI to hurry up it's investigation on your opponent suggesting your opponent might be imprisoned before the results are certified is dangerous. I hope we are all looking at what is unfolding now and recognize now how utterly dangerous that is.

Pence will handle the transition.

I believe Trump will resign before Jan 20th. Pence will pardon him and others and handle the transition. I can't see Trump transitioning any other way.

Portland Oregon votes for Ted Wheeler again.

Ted Wheeler is not loved in Portland at all but he beat his progressive challenger. Socialism and defund the police is not working even in super blue Portland OR.
