My gut feeling is trump/vance's utter derangement will backfire on them but it's doing so much damage to our national psyche. And on the very significant chance they get into office, it is scary as hell.

My greatest hope is Harris/Walz wins big and these terrible people, Trump/Vance are shut up for a while. Not to mentionTrump has multiple criminal trials awaiting him and if anyone is due for the hand of justice to weigh in on him, it is him.

Disturbing story about my daughter's friend who went from a Trump hater to a Trump supporter

The friend is a 21 year old white girl

The key factor seemed to be that she got involved with a guy who is a massive Trump fan, has a picture of Trump on his bedroom wall

This girl says she's watched a lot of pro-Trump TikTok and now she likes him.

She found his arguments on immigration compelling, now supports building the wall. Is worried about inflation too.

Her BF told her Trump will never sign a national abortion ban. Although this is kind of moot since we live in Indiana with a strict abortion ban now.

Maybe the worst part was she was using very denigrating language about Kamala.

My daughter and her other friend argued with her and got her to say she would vote for Kamala, although who knows if she will stick to this. Also apparently the girl's grandmother offered to pay her college tuition is she voted for Kamala!

I know this girl is young and she's sort of dippy, but I'm just so disturbed anyone can shift like this. But that's the way propaganda works...

WHO THE HELL ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL? Do they really think this means anything, to be in favor clean air and water??

It's a deeply insulting answer for such a massive threat to our civilization. Both of them clearly are denying climate science about the role of human emissions. Frankly this in itself should be disqualifying. Completely disgusting, psychopathic and evil to not take this incredibly major threat seriously.

How long did it take to get a Harris-Walz yard sign after ordering? I bought one from the KamalaHarris.Com website

early on, but my order never went through for some reason. Then right after the debate I ordered a new one. It's been almost 2 weeks but it hasn't been shipped yet.

I saw other people complaining about how long it took to get a sign or they haven't gotten theirs yet.

I saw Amazon has a ton of signs for sale and wondering if I should get one, if it will come more quickly. Or how scammy these Amazon sites are.

But her lack of a formal news conference or interview has generated criticism from her Republican rivals. She painted an important contrast with Trump.

Most importantly, she seemed presidential. I can see her as president!
