Captain Zero
Captain Zero's JournalTo be fair, let's give Top Secret Docs to Obama, Bush Jr., and Jimmy Carter.
I think we are really overlooking our other former presidents.
Document storage is expensive too and let's face it Country Club storage space is not cheap.
Jimmy Carter has a lot of Habitat for Humanity homes where he could store some of our Top Secrets. Obama could keep some in Chicago, and 'W' has the whole state of Texas where he could spread some out. I think we could get more bang for our document storage buck by doing this.
only Biden could have improved USPS this much!
I'm tracking a package from NC to Indy.
SMS messaging at 4:41 a.m. says that
the package has arrived at a distribution annex here at 8:29 a.m. !
I am writing this at 6:55 a.m.
Biden has probably locked DeJoy in the basement of a post office, and is now proceeding to kick the time/space continuum in the arse. Good Job USPS !!
EVEN Trump's genius uncle at MIT never figured this one out.
Why Does this judge issue a ruling on Labor Day?
A National Holiday. Federal offices are CLOSED. Is that normally done?
Is there some 'strategy' for her doing it on a fucking Holiday?
I don't know it seems fishy to me and I thought I would see someone else had addressed it, but I can't find anything. Does it take a day off some countdown for responses or appeals?
I have some questions about your referendum
I posted this in response to a GD thread already:
. The amendment was in place protecting abortion
And the referendum was to REPEAL THAT AMENDMENT, which is why a NO vote was required to not repeal the amendment. Correct?
If the amendment already in the constitution had been repealed with a yes vote to REPEAL, then the legislature could have begun work on restrictions to abortion.
This is how I understand it. Am I correct?
My question is when did the amendment to protect choice go into Kansas's constitution?
Seems like to me this had to have happened some time ago.
Am I understanding all this correctly?
Thanks for any clarifications!
My Uncle (deceased) was awarded 3 Silver Stars in WW2. Question.
I've known this for a few years now. My mother had them and some others. My nephew has them now since she wanted him to have them and he promised to keep them framed with the info on the back, which was really very little info.
My question is how would an Army Air Force Ground Mechanic for fighter planes win 3 silver stars in WW2?
He was in North Africa, Sicily, Italy, and Germany, but I would have thought he was always out of harm's way at an air base in the rear. Yet, he had 3 Sliver Stars.
I know he had like a 20% disability due to some injury on one of his legs and he always helped at the DAV to help other younger guys from Korea and Vietnam to fill out whatever Veterans forms they had trouble with. At his funeral 4-5 of those guys showed up just heart broken, but he lived into his 80's, and sold Auto Parts on the road to gas stations back when gas stations did auto repairs. But no one in the family ever heard him talk about why he got Silver Stars. But if you google they are not for nothing by any means.
Oh all mom ever said is that several times in letters home during WW2, he would be sad and mention it was a rough day when one of his pilots didn't come back from a mission.
Any of your thoughts appreciated. Regards.
Anyone else's cable/internet screwed up?
My internet and cable. Same company. Has been going down constantly all through this hearing. It's down hard again just as these two militia guys start testifying.

Riddle me this: Google Drive is trying to back up my WhatsApp?
I was getting some notices on my Android that a backup was failing.
So I double tapped it after several of these and discovered it was
Google Drive trying to back up my encrypted WhatsApp. And telling me I needed to do
something to do that backup.
I delete my WhatsApp convos almost daily for the reasons one uses WhatsApp.
Why would I want to back them up to Google Drive?
Why would Google Drive be attempting that automatically?
I don't remember enabling something like that.
I thought Google Drive was Google World and WhatsApp was Microsoft World.
Seems like that should be the twain that never meets.
Any thoughts?
Couldn't a Dr. perform abortion for rape/incest victim citing mental health dangers ?
Due to the TRAUMA, anxiety, and depression caused by the crime upon their person.
TRAUMA is present and an effect in these crimes, and Trauma contributes to depression and anxiety, as well as other mental and personality disorders.
If they are going to pass these draconian laws then we are going to get a flood of traumatized women. Texas has the most rapes per year in the country, more than even California with its largest population.
What if a rape victim is threatening suicide if they can't get an abortion? I can see that happening.
Another thing alluded to on MSNBC tonight was the states that run with these extreme and radical anti-abortion laws and criminalize them may run the risk of a shortage of OB-GYNs. Easier to go into family practice. On that note, what are medical students thinking about these days of going into OBGYN? Why would they when a reichwing prosecutor could put them in jail for ten years or more?
It could lead to a shortage of OBGYN care across the country, definitely so in the states with the worst and most punitive laws. And even in a state with reasonable laws for protection of the health of a mother, if Republican reactionaries ever seize power the laws could change and despite all good intentions the OBGYN finds himself in jail/court.
In any case, I repeat RAPE AND INCEST ARE LIFELONG PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMAS. ARE WE GOING TO MAKE THAT WORSE BY forcing a victim of those crimes to bear a child they never planned?
Everyone thinks Herschel Walker is an idiot, but
He is about to prove White Replacement Theory all by himself.
There are TWO guys named J.D. running in Ohio?
Did I catch that right?
Two guys named J.D. are running in the Republican Senate primary in Ohio? Along with a third guy not named J.D. ?
