Actual evidence of a crime committed is another thing, but the Republicans have got the money to buy off the silence of their victims, or to entice (real or fake) victims to make claims against the Democrats.
And they have control of enough media to perpetuate their story so that it enter's the MSM echo chamber.
Beware young people, because anything a little shady that was posted by you (or situation where you were associated with that was posted by a friend) on social media will come back to bite you. And the Right has infinitely much more resources to record and data mine than we do.

They put the Republican talking points in all-caps as subheadlines - so you don't even need to read the whole article.

I have been getting a lot of their there B.S. video's on YouTube. Did you know government bureaucrats are little kings that run the country as their liitle fiefdoms as the "Administrative State"

If there is a case against the Appointment of Whitaker being unconstitutional
How does a legal case start? Can just anyone try to file an injunction against the appointment. Or does Whitaker have to take some sort of action and then that action gets challenged by saying he doesn't have the authority to take that action?

Dems are down by 700 votes, but Mower County hasn't reported according to Star Tribune. Another race to watch. This is potential Democrat loss - it was held by Tim Walz (who won the MN governorship), although Dan Feehan seemed like a good fit for the district.
