We get 3 families per summer in this nest box. They are starting to build the nest now.

Male belted kingfisher
These birds are quite difficult to photograph since they rarely sit still for longer than a second! Small shot due to major cropping.

Air plants are blooming!
One day they are green, and then a few days later they are red and have purple flowers coming out!
