Kochs & GOP Now Have All The Data From Cambridge Analytica
They are ready for 2018/2020.
They no longer need to rely on the Kremlin to interfere in further elections Twitter Link: https://mobile.twitter.com/VickerySec/status/1007704432497209344 https://twitter.com/VickerySec/status/1007704432497209344 That would also mean that tainted Cambridge Analytica data is now part of the Republican campaign bloodstream. Folks, we are now looking at the real possibility that every Republican campaign getting data from the RNC Data Trust continues to benefit from Cambridge Analytica. Mere coincidence that the John Birch Society wanted Americans to stop looking at the possibility of Russian interference in the 2016 election way back in June? https://twitter.com/lovetogive2/status/992141523654356992 **I'm adding a DU warning here. This Link is to the JBS Page cited in the above Tweet. It gives us insight as to how involved they STILL ARE in destroying the US Govt.JBS has never stopped since the day of their inception. It's known as 404(b) evidence, see: (link: https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/fre/rule_404) law.cornell.edu/rules/fre/rule… The govt has to disclose 404(b) evidence in advance of trial, to give the defense notice so they can prepare. Here, Mueller's office says there are three categories of evidence about Manafort that they plan to introduce as 404(b) evidence (link: https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4516938/6-15-18-US-Notice-of-Manafort-404b-Evidence.pdf) assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4516… Manafort could move to exclude 404(b) evidence. But Mueller's office also argues at least some of this evidence, such as about Manafort allegedly structuring payments to a law firm to avoid Ukrainian procurement limits, is "intrinsic" to the charges, so it's not even 404(b) ev They're getting to the heart of the matter now, Cyprus. REP JOE KENNEDY SPEECH: "Separating Immigrant Families 'Is Cruelty in Its Purest Form"
![]() I don’t care what you believe, who you vote for or what you think about the nuances of immigration reform. These kids need to be with their parents. https://twitter.com/RepJoeKennedy/status/1007688835680034816 Rep. Joe Kennedy III: Separating Immigrant Families 'Is Cruelty in Its Purest Form' https://www.google.com/amp/s/ijr.com/2018/06/1103551-joe-kennedy-immigrant-families/amp/ Rep. Joe Kennedy III (D-Mass.) tore into the Trump administration's policy of separating immigrant families in a searing speech from the floor of the House of Representatives on Thursday. “Mr. Speaker, tonight children — 2, 3, 4 years old — will sleep alone in cages on American soil,” he said. Yes, the brutality being perpetrated by the United States government is about who we are as a country,” Kennedy explained. “It's about morality. It's about humanity.” “But first,” he added, “it's about those kids.” Kennedy described some of the conditions and circumstances that immigrant children have found themselves in after being separated from their families. A new Trump administration policy of criminally prosecuting anyone who illegally crosses the border will likely cause an increase in family separations because minors can not accompany their parents to federal jails. AP: Trump 2020 working with ex-Cambridge Analytica staffers

AP: Trump 2020 working with ex-Cambridge Analytica staffers By JEFF HORWITZ 32 minutes ago WASHINGTON (AP) — A company run by former officials at Cambridge Analytica, the political consulting firm brought down by a scandal over how it obtained Facebook users' private data, has quietly been working for President Donald Trump's 2020 re-election effort, The Associated Press has learned. The AP confirmed that at least four former Cambridge Analytica employees are affiliated with Data Propria, a new company specializing in voter and consumer targeting work similar to Cambridge Analytica's efforts before its collapse. The company's former head of product, Matt Oczkowski, leads the new firm, which also includes Cambridge Analytica's former chief data scientist. Oczkowski denied a link to the Trump campaign, but acknowledged that his new firm has agreed to do 2018 campaign work for the Republican National Committee. Oczkowski led the Cambridge Analytica data team which worked on Trump's successful 2016 campaign. The AP learned of Data Propria's role in Trump's re-election effort as a result of conversations held with political contacts and prospective clients in recent weeks by Oczkowski. In one such conversation, which took place in a public place and was overheard by two AP reporters, Oczkowski said he and and Trump's 2020 campaign manager, Brad Parscale, were "doing the president's work for 2020." In addition, a person familiar with Data Propria's Washington efforts, who spoke on condition of anonymity to protect business relationships, confirmed to the AP that Trump-related 2020 work already had begun at the firm along the lines of Cambridge Analytica's 2016 work. Both Oczkowski and Parscale told the AP that no Trump re-election work by Data Propria was even planned, but confirmed that Parscale had helped Data Propria line up a successful bid on 2018 midterm polling-related work for the RNC MORE AT LINK.. |

🍃World Cup: NAPTIP foils child trafficking plot at Lagos airport /Jun 13, 2018

World Cup: NAPTIP foils child trafficking plot at Lagos airport Jun 13, 2018 | The Nigerian Voice National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) on Tuesday said 10 Nigerian children have been rescued from human traffickers planning to fly them to Russia and exploit relaxed visa controls for the World Cup. NAPTIP said five suspects, including a policeman and a quarantine officer, were arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Lagos, for allegedly recruiting the victims – nine girls and a boy – and facilitating their travel. The children – who were all in possession of a FIFA fan pass – were intercepted by officials as they tried to board a flight to Moscow on Saturday night, according to the agency. Five other potential victims, also children, were stopped from boarding when staff noticed they only had one-way tickets. Officials in Nigeria said last month they had intelligence showing plans were underway to traffic local women to Russia for the World Cup, taking advantage of Moscow’s decision to let spectators enter the country with just a ticket and a fan pass. “The agency will not give traffickers any opportunity to use the World Cup to ferry Nigerians out into a life of misery abroad,” NAPTIP’s Director-General Julie Okah-Donli said in a statement. Visa-free entry to Russia was trialled at the Confederations Cup in Moscow last year, and will apply to the entire World Cup, which runs across 11 Russian cities from June 14 to July 15. Julia Siluyanova of Russian anti-slavery group Alternativa last month told the Thomson Reuters Foundation the eased visa rules were a “present for traffickers”, as its normally strict system had typically made trafficking time-consuming and costly. Many women and girls have been lured from Nigeria in recent years with promises of work and good wages only to end up sold for sex and trapped in debt bondage, and the World Cup could see the number of victims arriving in Russia soar, Siluyanova added. Snip The number of female Nigerians arriving in Italy by boat surged to more than 11,000 in 2016 from 1,500 in 2014, with at least four in five forced into prostitution, according to data from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) -------------------- Just a thought: Maybe the 'P' in Pee Tape, is for Trafficking of Pedophilia. This goes back to Trump's modelling agency, his young bride Melania, & down to Epshteyn & his Fla underage charges, & all the way around the globe. Personally I worry about the kids in the walmart prisons. FIFA & Russia & the global criminal business of human trafficking. Trump's up to his fat neck in the syndicate. Everything I've read on this subject & Trump's connections point to a big red flag. Its ok to call it a conspiracy theory, but only until its proven true. "When the truth of Trump is known, it will shock the nation" I'm betting Pee is for Pedophilia and the trafficking of underage children. And there are tapes? yes. I also want to know who all has holdings in Southwest Key. Remember when they accused Cl8nton of trafficking kids out of Pizza Hut? "Pizzagate". Here, this is what they have been caught doing, over & over: https://twitter.com/herbj123/status/924311541222174722 This quote, btw was one of Karl Rove's steps also, "It is strategy #3 on the list of USA Republican political strategist Karl Rove." Strategy #3 "Psychological projection is the act or technique of defending oneself against unpleasant impulses by denying their existence in oneself, while attributing them to others." |

Spread the Word & the Links below http://map.familiesbelong.org/search.php FAMILIES BELONG TOGETHER https://familiesbelong.org Families Belong Together opposes the cruel, inhumane and unjustified separation of children from their parents along the U.S. border. Join us on June 14, 2018 Families Belong Together opposes the cruel, inhumane and unjustified separation of children from their parents along the U.S. border with Mexico and at other ports of entry into the U.S. We protest the conditions in which these children are kept. We protest the irreversible trauma that has already been perpetrated on these children and their parents for the crime of seeking a better life. To separate immigrant families, victims of violence, hunger and poverty, is to re-violate them. Children as young as 18 months are torn from their mother’s arms by the U.S. government. This is violent abuse. These families are victimized again by the government to which they turn for help. Families Belong Together opposes the inhumane policies of the Trump Administration, Border Patrol, and I.C.E. and calls for immediate reform.

What does the potential cooperation of Michael Cohen mean for the Mueller investigation?
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1006909313347137536.html
THREAD: What does the potential cooperation of Michael Cohen mean for the Mueller investigation? Good Read, informative Thread rolled into one page. 2/ It’s not surprising that Cohen is moving towards cooperation, if the @abcnews reports are correct. When the FBI executes a search warrant at your home and office, you’re in trouble. The judge in the Stormy Daniels case concluded Cohen is likely to be charged, and he’s right. 3/ Although Cohen is cooperating with federal prosecutors in Manhattan (not Mueller’s team), cooperation deals typically require the cooperator to provide all information about any criminal activity he knows about. Prosecutors then share that info with other jurisdictions. 4/ Assuming that Cohen has information that will be useful to law enforcement—information that will lead to charges against others—he will get a deal. But one unusual complication is that Cohen is an attorney and some information he has may be about former clients. 5/ There are ample examples of attorneys who are prosecuted—I tried and convicted one—but when they cooperate, everyone involved needs to make sure attorney-client privilege is respected. 6/ Most conversations involving criminal activity likely won’t be privileged because they don’t involve legal advice. Only conversations about legal advice are privileged. A conversation about legal advice isn’t privileged if the advice is used to further the crime. 7/ That last sentence is called the “crime/fraud” exception to attorney-client privilege. It’s more limited than some commentators suggest, but combined with the fact that most criminal conversations aren’t about legal advice, likely few of Cohen’s conversations were privileged. 8/ It’s also worth noting that federal prosecutors allege that Cohen didn’t practice law much, and thus far the documents they seized are consistent with that allegation. The retired judge reviewing the Cohen documents found that less than 1/10th of one percent were privileged. 9/ So if Cohen cooperates, he will have to tell almost all of what he knows about criminal activity to federal prosecutors, who can share that info with Mueller, other federal prosecutors, and state prosecutors. 10/ Trump could derail all of this with a pardon of Cohen. His recent talk of pardons appears to be an attempt to reduce the political damage of giving pardons. If Trump pardoned Cohen for federal crimes, state prosecutors would have to use the evidence gathered by the FBI. 11/ That could result in a cooperation deal for state, not federal authorities. By moving towards cooperation now, Cohen is signaling that he doesn’t believe he will receive a pardon—or he’s trying to get one sooner rather than later. 12/ Regardless of how it plays out, Cohen’s cooperation is a blow to the Trump team and could strengthen the case Mueller is building. How much it helps Mueller depends on what Cohen knows and how forthcoming he is. /end ------------- Link to the Original Twitter discussion on this topic: https://mobile.twitter.com/renato_mariotti/status/1006909313347137536 |

Is it a stall? Cohen's lawyers abandon him...
Friday was set as the deadline:
"If the review of all the documents is due by fri is this a ploy to get the judge to extend the deadline? Has the firm filed with the court to withdraw as the defense attorney?" They're snakes. Would this move by the attorneys prevent the case from going forward until Cohen gets new attorneys? |
