How to embarrass yourself without really trying
I have to admit that I did not think 45 could sink this low. His record when he came into OUR White House was self-explanatory SCAM ARTIST. And he got the most important job in this country. Now he does not want to leave because he is a sore loser.
The non-communication that we are getting. He still tweets that he won the election but there is no speech in public

POLL WORKERS
I would like to take this time to thank all of the poll workers out there that are counting all of the votes cast in this election.
In an ordinary election you count the votes and a winner can be projected by that night. This ensures that our democracy is protected. For ballots that are too close to call it takes awhile. As evidenced in several States with this election.
Add to this the Pandemic which made massive numbers of citizens mail in there ballots and the turmoil stirred up by 45 and you get a volatile situation.
Poll workers need to be escorted by police to and from their cars when they are not in the buildings housing the counting machines.
GIVE ME A BREAK
IT HAS COME TO THIS IN THE WORLD'S GREATEST NATION.
Remember when
45 was calling Joe Biden "Sleepy Joe".

At this time after I watched the incredibly moving victory speeches by Vice President Elect Kamala Harris and President Elect Joseph Biden I would like to celebrate this great achievement by taking a look back to a post that I put on DU a few years ago.

FRAUD ALERT
I am thoroughly pissed off. I went through my Yahoo Spam file today. I found an email from Amazon for stuff that I never ordered. The email had my complete name in it.
These individuals ( for lack of a better term ) are getting
A 77 inch LG TV with Xbox One. All of this on a Protection Plan. This stuff costs just over $6,000.00
This is supposed to be shipped to some address in
Wilmington, Delaware.
I checked the balances on my credit cards. They are alright.
Next I Googled Amazon and forwarded that email to their Fraud Department.
The nerve of these jerks.
