I also like to repeat the phrase "peace be with..... (insert people of choice).

Such as:

Peace be with the people of Syria.

Peace be with the people of Puerto Rico.

Peace be with my troubled neighbor.

etc.

Repeat until I run out of people who need peace in the world. By then, I've usually fallen asleep!
