The following writing ignited my loving heart and freed me from the simmering hate we are being invited to feel at the hands of hateful policies and people.
I do not want to hate. I do not want my children and grandchildren to hate. I REFUSE to hate!
This Raja Yoga lecture has helped keep my heart chakra healthy as well.

I hope the following helps relieve you of the same negative feelings. If we allow hate, we will lose. All the Great Ones have taught this principle.
-------------------------
First, the GOOD NEWS
Racial diversity, even in many rural areas, has reached an important and critical tipping point:
Racial diversity is now self-sustainable through births and not dependant on immigration.
This writing is an invitation to NOT hate the xenophobic racist bigoted haters among us, but to learn how to win this war for decency and dignity. Our fathers, uncles, brothers, and grandfathers died to uphold decency and love, not hate.
It is so easy to justify hatred. We will lose if we become haters, too.
It is easy to slide down the emotional pole into a pool of hate for the hateful bigots; however, I think we are better than that. We can refuse their taunting invitations to hate and dispise the rascist xenophobes in our amidst, even at the helm of our ship, no matter how hateful their words and deeds are.
How? How do we NOT hate the hateful?
Perhaps we can overcome hating by keeping our "eye on the prize"
The prize? Integrated, helpful communities committed to what is unselfish and most importantly:
1. Providing safety, enrichment, education, and loving examples for all children.
2. Providing basic needs, without judgement, for those who cannot provide for themselves.
3. Creating a truly representative governance devoid of self-promotion and corruption.
4. Having laws that eliminate all financial incentives for the sociopathic greedy, similar to the tax code of the 1950s and 1960s.
In short, our biggest struggle today is to find Love in our own hearts and lead with Love.
We can love the hater while being incensed with their behavior. We can use the incensed energy to effect change. We must win the little battles by having the courage to speak up in the face of injustice.
Courage.
If we lose this first struggle within our own hearts, we will lose the battles in today's war on "all that is good"
If we hate, we contribute to the devolution and destruction of our societies and even the planet.
Understanding the hateful is a necessity if we are to craft responses to their bigoted delusions.
Without Love, we will be loathe to learn about and understand haters, and feel justified to become a hater, too.
