How do you feel about corporations/people being able to write off luxury visits as operating expenses? There is absolutely no need for that game show to conduct a competition outside their home studio.
My take: under a national sales/consumption tax system, instead of an income tax system, that sort of question would disappear.

Why the delay?
Without naming names, it's looking more and more to me that "no man is above the law" is current b.s. Looking more and more to me that "equal justice under the law" is current b.s.
It's a sure thing... if I was found with slam dunk evidence of a crime the authorities-that-be wouldn't wait to charge me pending investigation of even more crimes. I'd be indicted already, and those other investigations would proceed, anyway.

Is this New York law still binding? Juries in civil cases don't have to be unanimous
