When the SC FINALLY rules he has NO immunity, (if before the election) the trials should begin, right? So, is the trial judge the ONLY one that can stop the trial because of an election taking place? I'm thinking that TFG and his lawyers will ask the judge for a postponement because of presidential election? Then maybe file a suit to stop it? That would mean appeals appeals appeals right?
