Anyone else stuck using a CPAP/BIPAP?

I hate it. But I won’t die from my severe apnea. So I use the horrific thing routinely. I’m at level 27 so it’s like sleeping in a hurricane.

Anyway, I can only sleep about six hours on it or my bad back locks up and I can’t function. So I try to go to sleep at midnight and wake up around six. But the worst part is what my doc called a CPAP hangover? I apparently stay in REM sleep right up until the alarm goes off? So until 10 or 11 each morning I feel hungover minus the nausea. So I can be in debilitating pain for hours and need help just getting out of bed or I can feel like I’ve been on a bender.

Anyone else have that hangover? How do you deal with it? I think it’s the lesser of two evils.

Full sheet pan cake recipes

Hi! Lurker since the Bush selection, couldn’t stay quiet with the Orange Menace in office so I’ve started posting. :waves:

I’ve been asked to bring in a dessert for the funeral reception of a friend at church. They expect 300-400 and there are only a half dozen of us baking.

I have a professional oven (I’m a writer so that means I have a real career in food! Lol), and full sheet pans that fit perfectly. I just can’t find a good, simple cake recipe for a full sheet online. Everything seems to be half sheets, etc. I’m most worried about bake times.

I’ve got a fantastic frosting so even just a simple white or yellow cake would work.

Any resources or recipes?
