Looking for recipes containing jerky!

I help out Herky Jerky with marketing and I do some cooking with it for photos/recipes on our social media. I want to really build that part up for the fall wave of Covid. I’m blanking a bit, though.

I’m making chipped beef today but I am looking for recipe ideas. Anyone here happen to have any? Or a recipe you think would convert easily?

Looking for a really good White Lily flour biscuit recipe

Old fashioned and fluffy and tender. My 88-year-old dad keeps talking about the biscuits my grandma used to make and I am just not happy wasting $1 million dollar bags of flours in a crapshoot online. Lol

Anyone have a favorite family recipe?

ISO "Good Democrat" businesses - Help

The highest compliment my dad pays someone is that they are a good Democrat. What are some businesses we can support that you know are run by Dems? I know Herky Jerky is! Lol. But I want to support more. Post who is blue!?

The Pelosi Rip! Let's start it!

Ok. I work in marketing in a red state (playwriting doesn’t pay much unless you are on broadway.)

Anyway. I got that damned postcard from the government with COVID-19 recommendations on it this morning. With Trump’s freaking name on the front in 48 point type. 🤢🤢🤢. WHY did his name have to be on it? Why not Fauci? Because of his enormous ego. 🙄

I want to film myself ripping it up and post it on social media with the hashtag #thepelosirip or maybe #PelosiTear (since she’s 80 and RIP might be misleading).

I can’t without losing my nice but Fox loving clients. (One whom is literally calling all this “ridiculousness” as of WEDNESDAY 😳.)

People. Do this for me. Lol

Aw, thanks for the heart!

I don't post a huge amount so it's appreciated!

Coconut Cream? Cross post with veggie group

Thought I would cross post this here in the cooking group In case you guys had some ideas.Cross post with veggie group Although, I think I could eat the stuff out of the can with a Damn spoon.

OK I’m new to the meat free world, and slowly getting my family off the dairy Addiction, and I’ve been using a can of coconut milk to make my creamy soups and sauces.

I accidentally Grabbed a can of coconut cream at Trader Joe’s the other day. Thank goodness I had some coconut milk to finish my soup! 😁 Because this cream is so sweet and almost like a butter!

I’m not quite sure Exactly what to do with it. I thought about adding it to a veggie curry that I make that is sweet and savory with potatoes, onions and apples. Any recommendations for the newbie?

New Years' lunch

I don’t want to do another Ham. I have tried to make what my mom always made for holidays this past year and a half for my dad but I don’t wanna. Lol. If I cook mom’s menu, I hear how hers was better and if I do something different, it’s how she always stuck to tradition because “that’s the way it should be.”

I am making a family chocolate cake for New Years but that’s as far as I’ve gotten.

Any ideas? I’m a vegetarian but the only one in the family. And I don’t force them all to eat “fake meat” 🙄 on holidays and family days.
