Col. Sanders passes a polyp thanks to divine intervention

at about 8:40. There's some talk about a "Jewish attorney who performed the surgery," and if anybody can explain that to me, you'll have my eternal gratitude.

I was a connoisseur of nutty religious shows from childhood, and I was a faithful viewer of the Bakkers long before they got in trouble. I remember watching this episode but was unsure that after all this time my memory was reliable. I searched Youtube, and voila.

Before Joe Biden moves into the White House

I hope he has all the mattresses changed.

I say this only partly in jest. Donald Trump is such a spiteful, childish, *nasty* person (and I use that term loosely) that it wouldn't surprise me at all if he arranged some disgusting, secret "welcome" for the Bidens. Because of Covid, I assume the WH will be cleaned like it's never been cleaned before; I just hope the mattresses are included.

Anybody else remember the possible Trump involvement in Broidy's abortion scandal?

This is from Wikipedia:

On April 13, 2018, The Wall Street Journal reported that Broidy had a sexual relationship with Playboy Playmate Shera Bechard, resulting in a pregnancy in late 2017. The model later had an abortion. Donald Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen negotiated for Broidy to pay $1.6 million for the woman's silence. The settlement was falsely characterized at the time as a personal injury settlement. In response to the Journal article, Broidy issued a statement acknowledging that he had had a "consensual relationship with a Playboy Playmate", that Cohen had contacted him after being approached by the woman's attorney, Keith M. Davidson, and that Broidy had then hired Cohen to work out a non-disclosure agreement. Broidy resigned his post at the RNC the same day the article appeared. A few days later Cohen confirmed in court that Broidy was one of the three clients he had given legal advice to in the previous year. Some columnists have since speculated that Donald Trump was really the person who had the affair with Bechard, with Broidy agreeing to provide cover for Trump. Broidy's lawyer, Chris Clark, stated that Broidy will withhold forthcoming payments to Bechard due to an alleged breach of the non-disclosure agreement on her part. On July 6, 2018, Bechard filed a lawsuit against Broidy and the attorney Michael Avenatti, in relation to the cessation of the settlement payments. Bechard has alleged in a complaint that Broidy was physically, sexually, and emotionally abusive of her, and that he exposed her to herpes. Broidy has denied the allegations. On September 7, 2018, California Superior Court Judge Elizabeth White granted Broidy's request to strike allegations from the case going forward that were not relevant to the breach-of-contract dispute.

I remember that it struck many of us here that it was strange that Donald Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, was involved in the payoff of the young woman involved. I do believe that it was Trump himself who impregnated her, and Broidy has a mighty hold on Trump. I expect Broidy to receive a pardon for anything he's done.

Is there any redress on a state level

for the people who donated to Trump believing they were helping to advance his suits to overthrow the election, but whose money was really intended to fund his life after he leaves the WH? I would love to see him leave office deeply in debt.

I hope the cities and states who have not yet been reimbursed for their expenses for his rallies will continue to go after him, but I'd really like to see all the Trump Campaign funds frozen for a couple of years, at least.

I'm assuming there'll be some kind of pardon for federal hanky-panky.
