Before I say this is a bipartisan effort. And even if so, will it pass in lame duck session? And as the soap opera announcer would say, what about McConnell?

I've read with interest about Ms Pelosi, whom I want as Speaker, but have not heard of James Clyburn from SC.
He was the third ranking member and part of the Congressional Black Caucus. His Fish Fry for Presidential contenders ranks with the Iowa Steak Fry and his integrity is impeccable.
Will he be part of the leadership team? I'm hoping so to offset the (nonsensical) Senator Graham as a fellow Carolinian and as a distinguished member of the House Leadership Team.
Any thoughts? Or even better, any news?
