Have they finally called AZ for Kelly yet?

I can't find a good site that gives up-to-the-minute results, and tallies.

Another sobering thought about the election

Watching more coverage about the attack on Paul Pelosi, and how Nancy is second in line to the Presidency.

Just imagine--If rethuglicans win the House, McCarthy will be second in line to the Presidency. VP/Prez Harris would have to live in a bubble.

Has anyone had a dog diagnosed with Ishemic Dermatopathy?

One of our Great Pyrenees has, by the animal dermatologist. I've been reading up on it. Seems to mostly hit younger and smaller dogs. Nothing about a Pyr. There is a type of it that can be brought on by a reaction to a rabies vaccination. Not what we have here.

They're running one other lab yet to get a definitive diagnosis. Pre-lymphoma is also being mentioned.

Obviously, we are pretty worried. He's 12 yrs old, so we would not put him through chemo. In the past, I've had two other dogs that died from lymphoma.

I'll take his stitches out tomorrow from the biopsy.

Any experience relayed would be much appreciated.

Charles Booker has officially earned the endorsement of the Lexington Herald-Leader

“Booker deserves your vote because he’s trying to help people, which is more than we can say for incumbent Sen. Rand Paul…his idea of leadership is to see how many times he can gig Dr. Fauci over COVID vaccines or get his wife to make fun of trans kids while filing legislation to hurt them.”

One of the biggest and most influential newspapers in Kentucky. Sorry, received this in an email. Actual article has a paywall.

This is a BFD!

Neal Katyal on Lawrence O'Donnell just now

He said, the best way to get trump's case away from this judge, is to get it transferred to DC courts. That's where any case involving the National Archives is supposed to be heard.

Sounds like the best idea to me.

Our new pupster, Frankie

We've actually had her for a month, just had to get pics uploaded.

Meet Frankie! She is a Scottish Collie--one of the, "old time collies," like you see in old paintings. Actually kind of rare these days, with their own registry. We adopted her from a breeder that has decided to go with a different breed.

She's a year old, and a complete doll baby, that has already brought great joy to our lives. She's funny, too smart, and loves to run, jump, and play. One of the most loving dogs I've ever had. Since our other 3 are getting up in years, we thought it was time to introduce a youngster. We are totally smitten.

Laying beside one of the Great Pyrenees.
