The Daily Beast just published a poorly researched hit job on this site under the guise of an investigative story. And it is more than just an inaccurate, unsupported attack piece. The Daily Beast provides a forum for Tad Devine, Bernie Sanderss top aide, to slander the site, its owners and staff without an iota of evidence to back up his insults.
Neither Devine nor The Daily Beast can point to a single factual error or inaccuracy in BNRs reporting.
The title of the Daily Beast story suggests that the sites owners/editors are hit men for Hillary simply because of their years of strong advocacy for the first woman president.
Got that? If you support Hillary and criticize her opponents, then youre a hit man. But all the media outlets that attack Hillary relentlessly do it for valid reasons.

Todays Hillary News & Views begins with coverage of Clintons major economic speech in Detroit.
Michigan Live reports:
"I deliberately chose to come to Detroit and to this company to talk about jobs because I want more people to see what's happening in Southwest Detroit and Midtown and Eastern Market," Clinton said.
"New businesses are opening. Families are moving in. The streetlights are on again. The buses and running again. There is a palpable feeling of pride and community and we have to spread economic revitalization to all of Detroit's neighborhoods."
She named a number of Michigan business during the speech, highlighting investment and innovation efforts across the state.
"Innovation is on the rise," Clinton said. "Between the car makers and suppliers, the clean energy sector, the defense corridor, high-tech firms in Ann Arbor, cutting-edge design happening in Grand Rapids...

Dozens of mayors in Mississippi, including Meridian Mayor Percy Bland and Philadelphia Mayor James Young, announced their endorsement of Hillary Clinton for president.
Jackson Mayor Tony Yarber: Hillary Clinton knows how to make it happen. As President, she will give special and needed attention to cities particularly minority-led cities and the issues that plague us. She is committed to pushing for creative infrastructure investments and to building on the progress President Obama has made. In my mind, she is the only candidate who can pragmatically achieve important gains for families and communities, and its why Im proud to support her candidacy.
Hattiesburg Mayor Johnny DuPree: "As a mayor, I know how important it is to have someone in the White House that will understand the struggles that small cities and municipalities face every day. From education to health care, Hillary Clinton is committed to under-served communities and small towns, and that's why I stand behind her. I'm excited to join the team of grassroots supporters who know that Hillary Clinton is the experienced choice for President."
Greenville Mayor Errick Simmons: "Hillary Clinton is working everyday to tear down the economic, racial, and social barriers that are holding our communities back. She fully understands how the federal government can become an economic catalyst to local governments by maximizing federal investments with local economic development plans. She has spent the last 40 years fighting for racial and social justice, and I know she will spend the next 8 years doing the same."

With Steve Harvey's endorsement on Tuesday, Clinton continues to build on her robust support from the African-American community. Congratulations to Hillary.

I even think many Bernie supporters do not believe Clinton will be indicted, but pretend she will, just because they believe this might hurt her in the polls.

In recent weeks, Ive had a couple of liberal friends and relatives ask me, with something approaching panic, I just heard that Clinton is about to be indicted. Is that true?!? The answer is no, but they heard that because its something conservatives say constantly. Tune to to talk radio or surf through conservative web sites, and before long youll hear someone say that the Clinton indictment is coming any day now. Donald Trump, with his characteristically tenuous relationship to reality, frequently says that shes about to be indicted or that she wont be permitted to run for president because shell be on trial. It hasnt happened and it wont happen, but that isnt going to stop them from saying it.

After about 30 black students were kicked out of a Donald Trump rally on Monday, apparently just for being black, Trumps campaign denied having asked for the students to be removed. About that:
Youd think kicking people out of a rally because of the color of their skin would be something the Trump campaign would be comfortable admitting toisnt that kind of Trumps whole policy agenda in a nutshell?but apparently they don't have the courage of their convictions on this one. If you were tempted to believe those denials from the Trump team, though, think again. Theyre really as disgusting and racist as they appear.

After about 30 black students were kicked out of a Donald Trump rally on Monday, apparently just for being black, Trumps campaign denied having asked for the students to be removed. About that:
A member of the [Trump] event staff approached a member of our agency and requested that the group be asked to leave, Capt. Stryde Jones, a Lowndes County Sheriffs officer, told the network.
Another member of local law enforcement who worked the event backed up Jones account.
I spoke to a Trump staffer, whose name I do not have, she told us that they needed to leave, Valdosta Police Chief Brian Childress told MSNBC. Not only did I talk to a Trump staffer, so did the University police, and we were told over the radio by the Sheriffs office that Trump staff wanted them out.

Brent Brown tells a crowd Obamacare saved his life
Brent Brown introduced President Obama at an event in Milwaukee yesterday. He told the crowd about a letter he sent to President Obama, something he never wouldve imagined hed be doing. Brent is a Republican voter who has admittedly said terrible things about the president in the past. But, Brent said that all changed when he became gravely ill and the Affordable Care Act saved his life. He sent a crushingly honest letter to President Obama, apologizing for his brash opposition to the president and the Affordable Care Act.
Watch Brent Brown deliver his story to a Wisconsin audience. Its more proof that no matter your political affiliation, we simply cant go back to a world where insurance is denied to those with pre-existing conditions.

On the Road to the White House
Hillary Clintons coalition continues to grow as she makes preparations to take on the demagogue Donald Trump in the General Election. Clintons standing among the base has intensified since super Tuesday in large part due to her overwhelming support among women, blacks, and older voters.
Among African Americans, Clinton has garnered more support then did Barack Obama during the 2008 campaign, an astonishing 80+ support in South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia and Texas. They comprised more than half of voters in Alabama and Georgia, one third of voters in Tennessee, and one quarter of voters in Virginia and Arkansas. In Texas, where a third of voters were Hispanic, she garnered more than 70% of their vote.
Nearly two thirds of Clinton supporters were women, and two thirds were 45 years of age or older.
Clinton also made inroads with younger (30-44) voters, nearly 60% of whom supported her. In contrast Sanders had been leading among all voters under the age of 45 in the first three contests in February, but that appears to be changing now that Clinton is on her way to the nomination.
Among those who voted for Clinton, 90% said that the most important quality they were looking for was political experience and leadership. Two thirds of her voters want to continue Pres. Obamas policies.

Todays Hillary News & Views begins with another round of endorsements.
Miami Herald endorses:
Mr. Sanders, despite his unrealistic economic plan, is leading a movement of like-minded followers. The party needs someone who can attract a bigger following.
That role belongs to Ms. Clinton. She has broader appeal both among Democrats and the wider American electorate. She also boasts a better track record of success on Capitol Hill than her opponent from Vermont.
She has mastered the detailed approach to policy on a wide range of issues, everything from healthcare to foreign policy. She speaks for generations of women who have suffered discrimination in the workplace, energetically defends healthcare reform (when she ran in 2008, her proposal would have covered everybody), and has the character to confront critics in Congress or work with them in a spirit of compromise.
No candidate in either party can match her résumé for the job of president.
Bernie Sanders is the candidate for those who want to send a message about inequality. Hillary Clinton is the candidate for those who want to fix it. In Floridas Democratic primary, our choice for presidential nominee is Hillary Clinton.
