For the constitutional scholars amongst you...
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Why is the bolded part there in the first place? Surely not superfluous wording is it? The 2nd could have so easily not included that phrase and have unequivocally have said what many want it to say:
The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.
