Hillary Clinton — Why I Trust Her
snip
Some call Hillary a liar or untrustworthy, accusing her of parsing words to create lies that suit her, but that is exactly what happens when others talk about her. Words out of context are suspect no matter who says them. Yet I believe that Hillary states what she understands to be true when she says it, relating new facts on a matter as they come to light.

Every telling of a purported transgression by Hillary gets bigger, like a tall fish tale, but she faces each onslaught with strength. She owns her mistakes, and learns from them, in spite of what her adversaries claim.
I trust Hillary because she is smart, determined, and qualified to be president. I trust her because no one has ever been able to show me how any of her alleged transgressions came from a place of evil intent or even actionable negligence. Humans are not perfect. Mistakes happen. Its learning from ones mistakes that matters.

"like a tall fish tale", That pretty much sums it up.

OK, it's time to give the Green Party threads a break.
From what I've gathered, there is no contingent of Green Party Members here at DU who are actively voting against Hillary Clinton.
There does however seem to be a lot of DUers who are speaking on behalf of DU Green Party members, and attempting to portray them as being against Hillary Clinton. These folks seem to be just attempting to stir up trouble here.
I am aware that Jill Stein and some Green Party members are actively going after the Democratic Party, but they are not representative of the DU Green Party members.
Peace.
Are there any Green Party members on DU
who plan to support Hillary Clinton, or are considering voting for Hillary Clinton?
Since this seems to be the topic du jour today, I thought I'd ask.
Donald Trump's sleepy economic policy speech spiced up with X-rated slip-of-tongue and 14 interrupti
Donald Trump is clearly abreast of the countrys financial woes.
The gaffe-prone GOP nominee's campaign reset got off to boob-burdened beginning Monday, as the mogul's first big economic policy speech was repeatedly interrupted by more than a dozen protesters, remained ridden with the same empty tropes for which he's been endlessly criticized and even featured a jaw-dropping salty slip of the tongue.
At a nearly-one-hour-long speech at the Detroit Economic Club designed to put some distance between Trump and the disastrous week he just endured, the dirty-minded dealmaker outlined his economic platform, painting it with the same-old anti-Hillary Clinton rhetoric and detail-devoid rants.
But in a stimulating Freudian slip, Trump injected some good, old-fashioned sex appeal, too.
Our lower business tax will also end job killing corporate inversions and cause trillions in new dollars and wealth to come pouring into our country and, by the way, into titties like right here in Detroit, Trump said inadvertently, waking up many members of the mostly-male audience during his otherwise snoozy speech.
