Human's are inherently compassionate. Are they Really?

Yesterday I watched a video and 3 conservatives and this axiom came out their mouths: Quote: Human's are inherently selfish by nature. End quote. This was their crux of their ideology "Conservativism". This...I might say is only a theory by Evolutionary Psychologists and is not conclusive. Then there is this other cliché "Human's are basically evil" which is the tenet of misanthropic philosophy of Objectivism all the way to Satanism of Anton Levay. All these erroneous falsehoods justifies right wing fallacies.

One more thing I like to say: Nature law is metaphysical. There no such thing as nature. I subscribe to "Physical Law" which is scientific.
Politics is more than arguing about policies. It is about philosophy, Psychology, religion and logic. People are drawn to certain ideologies because of their personalities. For example: Ayn Rand was the only philosopher that took her personality disorder. narcissistic personality disorder and made it a philosophy out of it.
