About Me

I'm in my 50's. I served 6 years in the Air Force. I've worked in the following fields: Military; Civilian Meteorologist; Dial-Up Internet Service Provider; Equipment Rental; Information Services; Currently working as an electrician. Married for just over 30 years. Was a registered Republican for the first election I was involved in and voted for Reagan. I changed my affiliation afterward and have voted Democrat ever since. I am a Bernie Sanders supporter. Any person that promotes a platform that supports the greatest portion of the American people is a person that I can support. Why would anyone have a problem with that?

What keeps me from becoming a paying member of DU...

The arguments... MY GOD!!!!!! the arguments.

Someone says they support Bernie Sanders... or Hillary Clinton... or that they're from Vermont ... seriously... FOR GOD SAKE!!!!

And they get an argument.

Shut up, discuss things like adults, and enjoy the discourse.

I'll keep my money and not have to worry about having paid a discussion board just to be argued with. Debate my opinions yes, but my goodness... just stop arguing. You have an opinion, we respect that and will rebut, but please understand that you are not the absolute authority. You may want to listen to other opinions. They may be instrumental in your understanding that Bernie Sanders is absolutely the only candidate that you should consider for the Democratic nomination.

Just listen to us. Concede, and relent.. then vote for Bernie

Go Bernie.

Subject: Senate: Do your job

Hi,

I signed a petition to The United States Senate which says:

"Do your constitutional duty. Confirm a highly qualified Supreme Court nominee."

Will you sign this petition? Click here:

Stand up and be counted....

If I could get back all of the hours that I've lost on youtube... well.. I'd be a young man again.

I was searching Sting and Stevie Wonder... go figure I'd find some really great music.

Another break...

I posted this one in general as well... ooooops.

Can I say "F'n" in here?

If so... this is F'n awesome. This band is tight. Yowza... absolutely wonderful.... Stevie.

A break from the primaries...

I posted this, and one other in general discussion... oops.

For the harmonica solo alone, this is a great performance. Great song, great singers, great band, great... well... everything.

You ma'am... are a liar.

I really wish that Bernie would just say...

You ma'am.... are a liar.

DVR'd the Democratic debate...

And am watching a little behind the live feed...

Seems like the crowd is really behind Clinton.

I'm a Sanders supporter and really hope he pulls this one out. I think he will and hope that he does.

Go Bernie!!!!!

Raht tuh lahf... Muruhg... (Interpreted: Right to life, Marriage)

The political commercials begin in Florida. Love the accent on the conservative speakers. Very funny how deep the drawl is.

One of the commercials I've seen is saying that the candidate is "fat'n Obama ever day" (Fighting Obama every day). They FAT Obama man... They're fat'n Obama!!!! It's a fat... don't you get it? Fat'n Obama.
