I see the makings of a LONG HOT SUMMER! Caused By.

out of control and power mad, revenue gathering police, Citizens united, NAFTA, the future passing TPP, (Oh and it will My friends just you wait till the POTUS starts twisting arms.) Lack of decent employment, low wages, $7.50 Minimum. the dieing middle class, the sinking poor, and the refusal of the powered elite to recognize it or do anything about it. because the status quo suites them just fine.

Iraq This is just more bullshit.

I target shoot! I have a 22 , and a 9mm .

I am unapologetic about this. Yes I consider myself a economic Keynesian, Yes i believe in social justice, and yes i support most of the progressive agenda save this one issue. I like target shooting. I find it stress relieving, I like to feel safe in my home. I like and respect the second amendment. So in this one aspect alone I sit outside the democratic party group. If the Democratic party could take one sensible position on this issue, Just one, and stick to that line in the sand, It would have much more support from people like me who believe that the right to keep and bear arms should not be infringed. Instead they continuously move the goalpost to disarmament of the people and reinforcement of the police state. Their has to be a middle way. Otherwise the Party has missed the boat on this. Heads will explode and the insults begin in 3...2..1.

This is more than likely ruffle a few feathers here. But someone hase to post this.

US health care Vs. Canada Health care.

A New Cold War? Ukraine Violence Escalates, Leaked Tape Suggests US Was Plotting Coup?

For You Nay Sayers, It certainly looks like we've been meddling with the Ukraine. I wonder how long it will take before we find out Proof positive the fix has been in with Venezuela too?

A short-lived truce has broken down in Ukraine as street battles have erupted between anti-government protesters and police. Last night the country’s embattled president and the opposition leaders demanding his resignation called for a truce and negotiations to try to resolve Ukraine’s political crisis. But hours later, armed protesters attempted to retake Independence Square, sparking another day of deadly violence. At least 50 people have died since Tuesday in the bloodiest period of Ukraine’s 22-year post-Soviet history. While President Obama has vowed to "continue to engage all sides," a recently leaked audio recording between two top U.S. officials reveal the Obama administration has been secretly plotting with the opposition. We speak to Stephen Cohen, professor emeritus of Russian studies and politics at New York University and Princeton University. His most recent book, "Soviet Fates and Lost Alternatives: From Stalinism to the New Cold War," is out in paperback. His latest Nation article is "Distorting Russia: How the American Media Misrepresent Putin, Sochi and Ukraine."

I recieved this Letter From Rush Holt! Yeah I had My complaints But He was OK.

Dear Mr.

I want to let you know that this will be my last term serving you in the U.S. House of Representatives. For many reasons, all hopeful and positive, I feel that at the end of the year it will be time to step aside and ask you to choose your next representative.

Representing you has been the greatest honor of my life. I first sought this office because I believed that Congress, even with its frustrations, is the greatest instrument for justice and human welfare in the world. I believed that, through diligent and committed service, a representative can ensure that each person knows she or he has a voice in our democracy. My confidence in these beliefs has only strengthened over the years I have served you in the U.S. House.

Please know that this is not goodbye. I will continue to serve you throughout the remainder of my term in Congress, which will run until next January. My dedicated staff and I will continue to serve you in your dealings with the federal government and to listen to your voice on issues facing New Jersey and our country. You can reach me any time at 1-87-RUSH-HOLT or send me an e-mail .

Over the course of my life, I have sought many ways to serve – as a teacher, a scientist, and most recently as a representative in Congress. I look forward to remaining involved in our community and to finding new ways to serve.

I remain aware of the privilege of representing you. I remain ever appreciative of your help and support over these many years. And I know the high standards you expect and deserve your representative to set.

Rush Holt
Member of Congress

P.S. Just a reminder: I always want to hear from you, but to ensure a prompt response, please don’t reply to this e-mail. Instead, please visit holt.house.gov/contact or call 1-87-RUSH-HOLT (1-877-874-4658).
