We’re sorry to report that legendary photographer and graphic artist Bob Seidemann passed away last night. In addition to designing the “Garcia" and "Go To Heaven" album covers, Bob also designed the covers of Neil Young’s "On The Beach” and the self-titled Blind Faith album among many other iconic designs.

Trump: "and while we disagree on certain subjects, (I call the final shots) we work well together"

The media has been speculating that I fired Rex Tillerson or that he would be leaving soon - FAKE NEWS! He’s not leaving and while we disagree on certain subjects, (I call the final shots) we work well together and America is highly respected again!

MAJOR Neil Young news: His online archives (EVERYTHING, 5 decades) are online and temporarily FREE

Back in August, Neil Young said he was going to open his online archives. Today, the site went live, and it includes almost everything Young has recorded over the past five decades.

You really do need to check it out.

This is big news – not just because Young is one of the best and most prolific singer-songwriters of the rock 'n' roll era, but also because Young is notorious for starting projects without completing them. Back in 2009, he released the long-awaited first volume of his career-spanning archive sets, The Archives Vol. 1 1963–1972, an 11-disc box that was first announced in the '90s. There's still no word on when, or if, subsequent volumes will ever come out.

Young has also recorded and shelved many albums over the years. Just a few months ago he released Hitchhiker, an acoustic album that he recorded in 1976 and which sat unreleased for more than 30 years. Dig deep in the new Neil Young Archives online, and you'll find a list of a dozen unreleased albums that span 1969 through 2001, though none of them seem to be accessible right now. But based on some of their titles – 1974's Homegrown, Chrome Dreams from 1976 and a live album from 1973 with Crazy Horse – some long-lost gems are among the future offerings.

Trump sought the help of a humble sea turtle to end the Russia investigation

Over the summer, President Donald Trump reportedly urged the Republican chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee to close their inquiry into Russia.

“It was something along the lines of, ‘I hope you can conclude this as quickly as possible,’” Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), the committee’s chairman, told the New York Times.

Burr told Trump they’d close the investigation “when we have exhausted everybody we need to talk to, we will finish.”

Trump also reportedly urged Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) to terminate the probe “swiftly.”

Trump wants you to know that because he got elected, you're not "low and glum."

The Dow just broke 24,000 for the first time (another all-time Record). If the Dems had won the Presidential Election, the Market would be down 50% from these levels and Consumer Confidence, which is also at an all-time high, would be “low and glum!”

Matt's truly sorry, embarrassed, ashamed, soul searching, taking a hard look at his troubling flaws

“There are no words to express my sorrow and regret for the pain I have caused others by words and actions,” Lauer said in the statement released to the network. “To the people I have hurt, I am truly sorry.”

Lauer said that some of what he has been accused of is untrue and mischaracterized but said, “there is enough truth in these stories to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed.”

The married 59-year-old news star was one of the latest public figures to be embroiled in accusations of sexual misconduct that have recently struck down high-profile men in entertainment, politics and media.

“Repairing the damage will take a lot of time and soul searching and I’m committed to beginning that effort,” Lauer said in the statement. It is now my full time job. “The last two days have forced me to take a very hard look at my own troubling flaws.”

I'm almost worn out on posting "Trump lied, Trump played golf, Trump insulted someone" content here.

I'm feeling a little like Alec Baldwin, when he said that he was sitting on the fence about continuing his impression because Trump is just an asshole, not a decent guy with flaws, and it takes away the satisfaction of impersonating him.

I woke up this morning and the Raw Story home page is a shitstorm of new ridiculousness:

‘He creates his own reality’: Trump telling friends Mueller’s probe will conclude by year’s end

‘He’s a bigot and he’s governing like a bigot’: Princeton professor spells out the truth behind Trump’s ‘Pocahontas’ slur

Laura Ingraham plays racist ‘war whoops’ to defend Trump’s ‘Pocahontas’ slur and insult Navajo Code Talkers

Here’s how Trump will ultimately betray his own voters — and he’s already begun

CNN rolls stunning clip pointing out similarities between ‘The Apprentice’ and Trump’s Democrat meeting stunt

And I figure why post if the conclusion is that Trump is a corrupt, bigoted asshole who is unfit for office? We already know that, how is MORE information going to bring any NEW information to the discussion?

Anyone else feeling that way?

Yertle & Granny Starver issue "joint statement" after Trump torpedoes meeting w/ Schumer & Pelosi

The top two Republicans in the U.S. Congress said if leading Democrats want to reach an agreement with Republicans on a must-pass government funding bill, they need to attend a planned meet with President Donald Trump later on Tuesday.

“We have important work to do, and Democratic leaders have continually found new excuses not to meet with the administration to discuss these issues,” House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said in a joint statement.

The statement came after Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer and House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi said they would not attend a planned meeting with Trump at the White House after the president said he did not think he could reach a deal with them.
