NUL. is starting to get closer and closer to the release of the second album EVILA, which we can expect on August 21, but ahead of it, the trio has now released the music video for the titular song.
The moment the music video starts, youre already enveloped by its industrial setting thanks to programmer Toshiyuki Kishis electronic sound waves, but also guitar MASATOs dark power chords. As HIZUMIs deep voice enters the song, it almost gives it a nostalgic characteristic as it reminds us of DespairsRay (HIZUMIs previous band). Perhaps thats just us?
Give EVILA a watch and let us know in the comments below if you agree!
After releasing the album TRIBRID ARCHIVE last year, NUL. has further evolved to create its second album EVILA which consists of 13 tracks. One of them is the previously released single From Deep Underground. The album also takes help from guest musicians such as Negishi Takamune (根岸孝旨 ), KOHTA (from Angelo, and PIERROT), Yuya Ishii (石井悠也 ), and Maeta Yuuya (前田遊野 ).
The official release date is set for August 21, although, fans attending the Shibuya live show on August 20 can pick it up on the spot as a prerelease. Said live show is part of NUL.s release tour dubbed LIVE TOUR 2022 EVILA and consists of six dates.
Besides the album being available physically on the bands official webshop, it can be found on digital stores like iTunes. If youre eager, you can listen to a preview of each track here.
