#trumpbible is trending on twitter

and it is hilarious.

There *is* room at the inn but Mary and Joseph refuse to stay there because it is LOW CLASS and a DUMP.

I lost a lot of respect for the Pharaoh. Never should have let the Hebrews go because of, what, hail? The Hebrews love me.

And Jesus said to them, "It is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven, but I am REALLY, REALLY rich

And Moses went to Pharaoh and said to him, "Let my people go!" and Pharaoh did because Moses knew how to negotiate.

Don't get me wrong: Jesus? Great guy, classy. But a terrible executive. I would never tolerate a traitor within my organization.

This Pilate, I dunno; I can't work with him. Wishy-washy. What is truth this, wash my hands that. You're in charge! Make a call!

Jesus turned water into wine. The good stuff. Not that garbage they serve at some places.

Rand Paul’s First Two Books Are Full Of Fake Founding Fathers Quotes

"Many of the quotes attributed to the Founding Fathers in two of Rand Paul’s books are either fake, misquoted, or taken entirely out of context, BuzzFeed News has found.

Paul’s first two books — Government Bullies, which was an e-book best-seller, and The Tea Party Goes to Washington — lay out the conservative manifesto he hoped to bring to Washington following the tea party wave in 2010.

A heavy theme in Paul’s books is that the tea party movement is the intellectual heir to the Founding Fathers, with Paul often arguing he knows what position our country’s earliest leaders would have had on certain issues.

The final line in Paul’s book The Tea Party Goes to Washington is a fake sentiment attributed to Jefferson:

The Constitution is very clear about it. The Tea Party’s job is to keep making things clearer, and this is only the beginning. It is not a job that will be finished overnight or even in an election cycle. Thomas Jefferson believed that the price of liberty was eternal vigilance — and now the Tea Party must prove it.

“We currently have no evidence to confirm that Thomas Jefferson ever said or wrote” this phrase, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation has said of “the price of liberty was eternal vigilance,” which Paul uses twice in his book."

NYPD cop allegedly took $1,300 in cash from Brooklyn construction worker’s pocket during stop-and-fr

Source: New York Daily News

The Brooklyn District Attorney’s office is investigating allegations that an NYPD cop wrongfully removed more than $1,000 from a man during a stop-and-frisk then pepper sprayed two people he did not arrest, the Daily News has learned.

The encounter was captured on a cell phone video, which has been turned over to prosecutors and the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau, said lawyer Robert Marinelli.

“One of the most disturbing things about the video is the other cops standing around watching and doing nothing to stop the wrongdoing,” Marinelli said Wednesday.

Marinelli represents siblings who were pepper sprayed — Lamard Joye who claims the cop took $1,300 from his pocket, which has still not been accounted, and his sister Lateefah Joye, a professional basketball player in Europe, who tried to get the cop’s badge number.

Idaho Arms Teachers; Teacher Shoots Himself In Foot On First Week Of Classes

This summer, Idaho’s legislature voted to allow teachers to bring firearms into classrooms in an attempt to dissuade school shootings. It was less than a week into this school year and an Idaho professor already accidentally shot himself in the foot in front of his students. The law doesn’t appear to be making things safer.

According to police, students at Idaho State University got a terrifying surprise when their professor, who was legally allowed to carry a concealed weapon as per the new law, accidentally discharged his weapon while it was in his pocket. Thankfully, no students were injured. Unfortunately for the professor, the bullet traveled straight into his foot. He was taken to the hospital and later released.

Students speaking with KIDK3 said that while no one other than the hapless professor was injured, they were concerned that the university didn’t bother to evacuate the building or even alert other students that there had been a shooting. After all, ISU had actually set up a messaging service which was supposed to alert students and faculty of dangers on campus – it wasn’t activated in the incident.

Try to board a flight in Port Columbus with a gun? No Problem!

Forgetful gun packers get a break

Who would try to bring a gun through airport security?

Only someone incredibly stupid, say the people who have been caught with weapons in their carry-on luggage at security checkpoints at Port Columbus.

“Hell, no,” a 70-year-old West Side man told airport police when they asked if he knew the unloaded handgun was in his bag in January 2013. “Not only no, but hell no. Only a dumb--- or a professional football player would do that.”

Since February, these forgetful gun carriers have gotten a break. Airport police are no longer criminally charging those who unknowingly pack a firearm in their carry-on luggage. In the seven months since then, eight people have been stopped, but none was charged.

The punditry vs. the presidency

Excellent editorial in the New York Daily News:

There is a fun foreign policy game making all the rounds in Washington D.C. this summer: Pin the tail on Barack Obama.

Its appeal is not hard to understand; it's so easy to play.

Step 1: Pick a foreign crisis that touches even slightly on U.S. national security interests. This shouldn't be hard, because the United States defines practically everything in the world as being an American interest.

Step 2: Make clear that this is no garden-variety problem but rather "the defining crisis of [OBAMA'S] presidency," or a threat to the "very foundations of global order" or the answer to the question, "is this how World War III begins."

Media Punked By Fake 'Josie' Account Of Michael Brown Shooting

"Dana Loesch was all over the air last week defending caller 'Josie's' claim to be telling Darren Wilson's story. Either she was punked or she was part of the punking.

Last weekend, a caller named "Josie" called into Dana Loesch's radio show claiming she knew the real story of Michael Brown's shooting because Darren Wilson had told her. The story spread like wildfire through The Blaze, Breitbart.com, Drudge, and more. Then it shot right into mainstream media with CNN jumping on it too.

Just to make sure it caught fire, Loesch appeared on Fox News to defend Josie's account of the killing.

The story was exactly what you would expect it to be. Michael Brown was the aggressor; Wilson was the victim. Brown rushed Wilson and he had no choice but to shoot. And so on.

As it turns out, that story was lifted from a fake Facebook page..."

Law Enforcement Officials Admit Wilson Fired at Brown as He Ran Away

A New York Times report on the huge differences between the accounts of eyewitnesses to the shooting of Michael Brown and accounts from Ferguson police doesn’t have much new information (if you’ve been following LGF, anyway), but it does show once again how consistent all the eyewitness accounts have been.

However, one new detail is very striking — because it’s the first time I’ve seen police admit that officer Darren Wilson actually fired his weapon at Michael Brown as he was running away.

Here’s the key section:

As Officer Wilson got out of his car, the men were running away. The officer fired his weapon but did not hit anyone, according to law enforcement officials.

Where is the allegedly stolen box of cigars?

Some questions:

Where is the allegedly stolen box of cigars? Was it found near Michael Brown body after he was killed?

If Michael Brown and his friend did participate in a robbery, why hasn't Brown's friend been arrested for that crime?

These allegation just don't add up.
