Biased magazine

From an antiaque shop on Sunday, I bought the May 5, 1980 issue of TIME, which talks about the failed Operation Eagle Claw http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Eagle_Claw
.
Now, reading through it, all the journalists in the magazine were mentioning Carter's "failed and pathetic presidency" so I've come to the conclusion that this TIME magazine was biased.

Who is your favorite one-term president? I would say JFK, but being that he never finished his term, I'd have to say Carter.
