"Clinton tried to work within the International Community" is false

in regards to the 78 day bombing of Serbia.

He had congressional approval but said "there wasn't time" to seek UN approval. No UN approval for the bombing was ever granted. No evidence of genocide was found by the FBI and UN investigators after the war. You can verify all of that easily.

What many "liberals" don't know about the 78 day bombing of Serbia was that it was the first PNAC project.

Don't believe me. Click the following link:

Kosovo was a precedent for Iraq and Libya.

The reasons are explained here:

Backing up Globalization with Military Might

The U.S. and its NATO underlings undoubtedly will be vastly emboldened by their "success" in ensconcing themselves in Kosovo, Bosnia and the other remnants of Yugoslavia—Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia. We can expect rapid steps to further fragment the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY). We can also expect the new mission of nuclear-armed NATO — intervening over so-called "humanitarian concerns" against sovereign nations—to be implemented elsewhere, with great speed, especially in the Caspian Sea/Caucuses areas of the former Soviet Union.

Burgeoning military alliances, with the U.S. at the helm, are likely to try intervening in a similar way against North Korea, China — any country refusing to be a "New World Order" colony by allowing its wealth and labor power to be plundered by the TNCs. The assault against Yugoslavia threw open the floodgates for new wars including wars of competition among the industrial powers, with nuclear weapons part of the equation.

President Bill Clinton recently praised NATO for its campaign in Kosovo saying the alliance could intervene elsewhere in Europe or in Africa to fight repression."We can do it now. We can do it tomorrow, if it is necessary, somewhere else," he told U.S. troops gathered at the Skopje, Macedonia airport. (1)

Given these scenarios, it is hardly surprising that Clinton and the leaders of the other NATO countries continue to glorify the aggression against Yugoslavia as "preventing a humanitarian catastrophe," "promoting democracy" and "keeping the peace "against a Hitler-like dictator who would not adhere to "peace" agreements. The public is being repeatedly assured that the means -the bombing of the people of Yugoslavia-were justified by the ends.>>MORE Click for a complete analysis of the PNAC Kosovo bombing and invasion>>

There is one thing that survives after the illegal 78 day bombing and invasion of Serbia: The US Military Base Camp Bondsteel (well it was built after our invasion)

By the way, are you familiar with the Rambouillet fiasco? Where US "Diplomats" added appendix b at the last minute? Even Henry Kissinger said it was too much. Imagine that.

But lots of people bought the lie that we were "helping people" by bombing people. And never even knew the real reasons for the war.

Obama Administration Says President Can Use Lethal Force Against Americans on US Soil

http://www.motherjones.com/mojo/2013/03/obama-admin-says-it-can-use-lethal-force-against-americans-us-soil

Yes, the president does have the authority to use military force against American citizens on US soil—but only in "an extraordinary circumstance," Attorney General Eric Holder said in a letter to Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) Tuesday.

"The U.S. Attorney General's refusal to rule out the possibility of drone strikes on American citizens and on American soil is more than frightening," Paul said Tuesday. "It is an affront the constitutional due process rights of all Americans."

Last month, Paul threatened to filibuster the nomination of John Brennan, Obama's pick to head the CIA, "until he answers the question of whether or not the President can kill American citizens through the drone strike program on U.S. soil." Tuesday, Brennan told Paul that "the agency I have been nominated to lead does not conduct lethal operations inside the United States—nor does it have any authority to do so." Brennan said that the Justice Department would answer Paul's question about whether Americans could be targeted for lethal strikes on US soil.

Holder's answer was more detailed, however, stating that under certain circumstances, the president would have the authority to order lethal attacks on American citizens. The two possible examples of such "extraordinary" circumstances were the attack on Pearl Harbor and the 9/11 terrorist attacks. An American president order the use of lethal military force inside the US is "entirely hypothetical, unlikely to occur, and one we hope no president will ever have to confront," Holder wrote. Here's the bulk of the letter:-->>MORE>>

Blowhard Bob Belt Buckle's head would pop first since he called for the assassination

of Julian Assange

that 2 bit punk isn't a "liberal" he's a psychopath

Fox News' Bob Beckel Calls For 'Ilegally' Killing Assange: 'A Dead Man Can't Leak Stuff' (VIDEO)
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/07/fox-news-bob-beckel-calls_n_793467.html

A Democratic Fox News analyst called for the assassination of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

Speaking on the Fox Business show "Follow The Money" on Monday, Bob Beckel excoriated Assange for leaking the State Department cables that have roiled the world in the past week, and said that American special forces should kill him.

"A dead man can't leak stuff," Beckel said. "This guy's a traitor, he's treasonous, and he has broken every law of the United States. And I'm not for the death penalty, so...there's only one way to do it: illegally shoot the son of a bitch."

Imagine sitting around mocking people, calling for assassinations and generally making an ass of yourself and getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

"Big nations can't bluff"

Iran knows all about Big Nations

Anyone wonder why Ted Koppel never brought up the Coup
in 444 days of blabber?

Because it was still classified.

So next time someone says "A Secret Like That Is Too Big To Keep"

tell 'em about the 1953 US/UK CIA IRAN Coup d'etat
OR maybe remind them of the Manhattan project.

When was the last time Iran invaded and bombed another country?
Let's count the times in just 50 years that the US has done exactly that.
Shall we?

we haven't spent enough loaned money spreading democracy yet...

Who sold Iran the reactors that it has now again?

Bradley Manning: the face of heroism

The 25-year-old Army Private, this generation's Daniel Ellsberg, pleads guilty today to some charges and explains his actions

Bradley Manning did what he is accused of doing, then he is a consummate hero, and deserves a medal and our collective gratitude, not decades in prison. At his court-martial proceeding this afternoon in Fort Meade, Manning, as the Guaridan's Ed Pilkington reports, pleaded guilty to having been the source of the most significant leaks to WikiLeaks. He also pleaded not guilty to 12 of the 22 counts, including the most serious - the capital offense of "aiding and abetting the enemy", which could send him to prison for life - on the ground that nothing he did was intended to nor did it result in harm to US national security. The US government will now almost certainly proceed with its attempt to prosecute him on those remaining counts.

Manning's heroism has long been established in my view, for the reasons I set forth in that Op-Ed. But this was bolstered today as he spoke for an hour in court about what he did and why, reading from a prepared 35-page statement. Wired's Spencer Ackerman was there and reported:

"Wearing his Army dress uniform, a composed, intense and articulate Pfc. Bradley Manning took 'full responsibility' Thursday for providing the anti-secrecy organization WikiLeaks with a trove of classified and sensitive military, diplomatic and intelligence cables, videos and documents. . . .

"Manning's motivations in leaking, he said, was to 'spark a domestic debate of the role of the military and foreign policy in general', he said, and 'cause society to reevaluate the need and even desire to engage in counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations that ignore their effect on people who live in that environment every day.'

The drug war was/is one of the most successful government programs ever

how else to get people to give up their liberties?

They demonized natural substances AND stole our freedoms.
Turned citizen upon citizen, ruined families, shot dogs and people, destroyed the 4th amendment, stole possessions, and claimed they were helping.

The few people that saw through it when it could have made a difference were ridiculed and shamed. Sound familiar?

Now the president himself can't be bothered to answer the question if he thinks he has the power to assassinate at will. It's a brave new world!

Every detail of the Proles lives must be documented and recorded

even the few hundred dollars a cleaning woman makes.

By a government that lies, cheats and steals from its subjects.
And demands more and more secrecy. What are they hiding?
Many people are more bothered by whether the cleaning lady is reporting every cent.

And that government spends >$2000 per second on spreading freedom bombs.

Isn't it grand?
