Corned beef and cabbage for dinner yesterday,

Irish whiskey last night with a corned beef sandwich, then corned beef hash and eggs for breakfast. All the more enjoyable since I found out I do have a little bit of Irish in me.

Well, I knew it would pass me by. I missed my post #20,000.

But allow me to raise a glass in celebration of all my DU friends. You folks are the best. I wish I could meet every one of you in person. Imagine a cruise ship full of DUers. Wouldn't that be something?

We had a multi-cultural dinner tonight.

My wife made Jambalaya in a wok.

We are packing to move soon, so we just kept a few kitchen items out and packed most of them. We kept the wok because of how versatile it is. It worked very well.
