I thought I would mention this. If you are ever in a medical facility and you hear over the PA system for "Dr. Strong" to report to a certain department or area, avoid that area. Dr Strong is the universal code for a threat of violence. You will usually see every "strong" large male employee headed for that area. It could mean anything from a verbal threat to actual physical violence.

We went out to run some errands and do some grocery shopping. Anywhere where they are giving vaccine shots was doing a very brisk business. Probably mostly people getting boosters, but hopefully some non-vaxers have made a smart decision finally.

If the Senate had voted to remove him, there would have been no "Stop the Steal", no January 6th insurrection, no Cyber Ninja audits, no Donald Trump running in 2024 because he would be forbidden to hold federal office.
Every republican who did not vote to remove him from office is responsible for where we are now. A single vote from them would have prevented all this bullshit.
If ever there was a reason to legislate the content of history books, it would be to mandate that their names are in those books.
I know I will remember them, but I'm old. I want my great, great grandchildren to know their names, too.

Got my Moderna booster shot today.
Absolutely painless, not even sore at the injection site so far. I don't expect any problems because I had no problems with the first two shots either.
Not bragging or anything, but we need to hear from anyone getting the booster shot how it went for them, good or bad. The more people who tell us their story, the more informed we ill all be. For instance from the comments I have read here, I know I could still have a reaction in the coming day or so, so I am planning my activities accordingly.
