We no longer have to ask if folks are Trump supporters or not. There is an excellent chance they are Trump supporters if they don’t get the Covid vaccine.
Nobody mentions the financial devastation...
…that comes with a bad case of Covid. People are selfish. They feel physically invincible, they’re not worried about Covid killing them. They simply can’t imagine that. But the financial devastation really should get their attention. Covid bankrupts families. They will never pay off the medical bills if they get a bad case or if they give it to their kids or relatives…they risk not only their health, but their financial security/future. We should stress this very important reality when we get the chance.
Is it a cyberattack, or just rotten service?
I live in Bryan College Station area of Texas. Suddenlink has a monopoly on internet service around here. I'm 5 days without service now and no end in sight. In all my years of using the internet, we've never been out of service so long. I hate to sound paranoid, but I'm feeling vulnerable about cyber stuff these days. Suddenlink can't (or won't) tell us the extent of the outage or when we can expect it to come back on. I'm feeling frustrated and nervous. Anyone else having issues?
I'm going to my first ballroom dance in more than a year and a half...
... I'm considering wearing a sign on my dress that says, "I will hug you if you are vaccinated and are NOT a Trump supporter."
I probably won't get many hugs, but I'm fine with that.
I may need to sedate my dogs tonight....
...anybody know how I should do it? Benedryl, hydrocodone? anything safe at home? I got no sleep last night..
I'm not making this up...
I asked a gentleman if he had been vaccinated for Covid-19. He told me no, he didn't want to grow another eyeball and furthermore, he and his whole family were protected by Covid-19 because they take Ivomex. In case you don't know, that's cattle wormer. I didn't ask him if he uses the 12 inch applicator or an oral formulation--I was simply done with that conversation.
Anyone know what's going on with Rachel Maddow Show tonight?
They're showing a rerun...something that never happens without a technical problem. Do you think they were hit by that cyber attack today? Anybody have any info?
