At a time when Democrats need to be lions, most have turned to lambs at Trumps feet

Source: New York Daily News

At a time when a backbone is needed, the Democratic Party does not have one. With few exceptions, it is a spineless group. They have no earthly idea how to effectively oppose Donald Trump. They have no idea how to regain power. They have no idea what they are doing right now. Daily, they fail to stand up for their constituents — so much so that it is genuinely hard right now tell most Democrats in the Senate from their Republican colleagues.

So far, and this actually came as a shock to me — 14 Democrats in the Senate have voted for every single nominee of Trump’s that has been approved thus far. They are:

Joe Donnelly of Ind., Dianne Feinstein of Calif., Heidi Heitkamp of N.D., Maggie Hassan of N.H., Amy Klobuchar of Minn., Angus King of Maine, Tim Kaine of Va., Claire McCaskill of Mo., Joe Manchin III of W.Va., Jack Reed of R.I., Jeanne Shaheen of N.H., Brian Schatz of Hawaii, Sheldon Whitehouse R.I., and Mark Warner of Va.

Another 21 Democrats voted to confirm four out of five of Trump’s nominees that have been approved thus far. They are:

First off, Senator Christopher Murphy of Conn. voted to approve four out five of Trump’s confirmed nominees, but abstained from one vote a piece. In other words, he failed to vote no on a single Trump candidate.

Then voting yes on four out of five of Trump’s confirmed nominees, and voting no on just one are:

Sherrod Brown of Ohio, Tammy Baldwin of Wis., Michael Bennet of Colo., Maria Cantwell of Wash., Benjamin Cardin of Md., Thomas Carper of Del., Bob Casey of Pa., Richard Durbin of Ill., Tammy Duckworth of Ill., Al Franken of Minn., Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, Patrick Leahy of Vt., Edward Markey of Mass., Robert Menendez of N.J., Patty Murray of Wash., Bill Nelson of Fla., Gary Peters of Mich., Chuck Schumer of N.Y., Debbie Stabenow of Mich., and Jon Tester of Mont.

If This Is True, This Is A HUGE PROBLEM. HUGE!! This means from reading the article, only Kristen Gillibrand have voted NO on Each of the Trump Nominees thus Far. Not even BERNIE folks, only Gillibrand.

If this is the way the Democrat Party will ROLL, the Party is DONE and look for Trumpland to not only continue but stomp out the rest of what's left of Democrats in 2018 up for the Senate and whatever is left in State Legislators.

If true, THIS IS BLASPHEMY and BETRAYAL of the HIGHEST ORDER!

Meanwhile, thank you KRISTEN GILLIBRAND for standing STRONG and appears ALONE.

'Calexit' supporters can start work to make ballot

Source: The Hill

Californians who want their state to secede from the United States can now start collecting signatures to put the initiative on the 2018 ballot.

The Yes California Independence Campaign has been around for at least two years, but saw the election of President Trump only increase momentum for the so-called “Calexit” cause. Trump lost California by more than 4 million votes, fueling interest in a Calexit—a play on the British Brexit campaign that saw that country's voters decide to leave the European Union.

The California Secretary of State’s office announced that the group could begin collecting signatures on Thursday.

The group needs 585,407 signatures from registered voters over the next 180 days to qualify for the ballot.

If the 2018 ballot initiative passes, it would force a 2019 statewide special election asking voters if they want California to become an independent country.

CIA says Russia intervened to help Trump win White House - From Reuters

The CIA has concluded that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help President-elect Donald Trump win the White House, and not just to undermine confidence in the U.S. electoral system, a senior U.S. official said on Friday.

U.S. intelligence agencies have assessed that as the 2016 presidential campaign drew on, Russian government officials devoted increasing attention to assisting Donald Trump's effort to win the election, the U.S. official familiar with the finding told Reuters on Friday night on condition of anonymity.

Citing U.S. officials briefed on the matter, the Washington Post reported on Friday that intelligence agencies had identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who provided thousands of hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee and others, including the chairman of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, to WikiLeaks.

It's True Folks!! All of it. Every last bit of what was suspected as been proven by the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) of the United States of America.

What is the definition of Treason under 18 U.S. Code 2381:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

The Electors of the Electoral College -- Should STRONGLY Consider invoking The Federalist Papers #68 as Donald Trump cannot under the C.I.A. proven information, take the office of President of the United States:

"Nothing was more to be desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption. These most deadly adversaries of republican government might naturally have been expected to make their approaches from more than one querter, but chiefly from the desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils.

How could they better gratify this, than by raising a creature of their own to the chief magistracy of the Union? But the convention have guarded against all danger of this sort, with the most provident and judicious attention.

They have not made the appointment of the President to depend on any preexisting bodies of men, who might be tampered with beforehand to prostitute their votes; but they have referred it in the first instance to an immediate act of the people of America, to be exerted in the choice of persons for the temporary and sole purpose of making the appointment.

And they have excluded from eligibility to this trust, all those who from situation might be suspected of too great devotion to the President in office. No senator, representative, or other person holding a place of trust or profit under the United States, can be of the numbers of the electors.

Thus without corrupting the body of the people, the immediate agents in the election will at least enter upon the task free from any sinister bias. Their transient existence, and their detached situation, already taken notice of, afford a satisfactory prospect of their continuing so, to the conclusion of it.

The business of corruption, when it is to embrace so considerable a number of men, requires time as well as means. Nor would it be found easy suddenly to embark them, dispersed as they would be over thirteen (now 50) States, in any combinations founded upon motives, which though they could not properly be denominated corrupt, might yet be of a nature to mislead them from their duty."

Or more simply, take a listen to Keith Olbermann break all of this down:

Michigan Recount Pt. 2- MI's GOP Efforts To Stop Stein's Recount Exposes State Voter Suppression

High Time To Call It Out For What It Is: Voter Suppression - Plain and Simple:

Keeping focus can be difficult to do in the current political recount teapot in Michigan. Currently, there is a recount of all votes in the of Michigan taken on November 8, on behalf of Green Party Candidate Jill Stein's Campaign.

Yet, thousands of votes might remain unrecounted in the State's Largest City of Detroit, and Michigan Republicans are actively trying to stop the recount by lame-duck enacting a retroactive bill.
Cause and Effect. The words that can have many meanings.

In the case of Michigan's Presidential Recount of the 2016 Election, the Cause was a question of how Democratic Party Hillary Clinton lost Michigan by the smallest margin in the State's Presidential Election history, 10,704 votes.

The Effect is a recount request by Green Party Candidate Jill Stein which is actively taken place by a U.S. District Court Judge Order on December 5.

"A federal judge has ordered Michigan election officials to begin a massive hand recount of 4.8 million ballots cast in the presidential election at noon Monday," according to The Detroit News.

U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith issued a ruling just after midnight Monday in favor of Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, who sought to let election officials bypass a two-business-day waiting period that would have delayed start of the recount until Wednesday morning."

Another Effect would be finding out by the recount request upwards of thousands of ballots might not be available for recounting in the State's Largest Democratic-leaning City of Detroit. This effect should be worrying for all desiring fair and just elections in Michigan.

Michigan Recount Problems Are Emerging - Thousands of Ballots in Detroit May Remain Uncounted

In Michigan's Largest Democratic City, Detroit, upwards of 59% of the total votes cast may not be available for a recount with Stein's effort, due to massive errors.

"If only the voting issues would have been fixed in 2009 & 2013 there is a chance Hillary Clinton could have won Michigan. Clinton as a candidate lost Michigan by 10,704 votes. Or likely the amount of precincts not able to be counted by State Law, in Detroit.

Detroit residents voting is not the problem, in the least. Residents of Michigan largest city stand in line each Election Day, as other voters in the State, with an expectation their votes will be counted.

Unfortunately, the latest information from the Detroit News proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, Detroiters have a 59% chance their votes might not be counted at all.

According to the Detroit News, 392 of the City of Detroit's 662 precincts are unavailable for recounted due to ballot numbers not matching poll book data"

Trump protester: I was beaten for holding a 'Republicans against Trump' sign

Source: The Guardian

"The man whose protest saw Donald Trump rushed off the stage by Secret Service agents has said the Republican nominee’s supporters turned on him when he held up a sign reading: “Republicans against Trump”.

The man, who identified himself as Austyn Crites, 33, from Reno, told the Guardian he was holding the sign at a rally when Trump supporters wrestled him to the ground.

He said he was kicked, punched and choked, and feared for his life when the crowd turned on him at the gathering in Reno, Nevada.

Crites cited Trump’s treatment of Mexicans, Muslims and women as the reason he decided to protest again Trump, who he described as “a textbook version of a dictator and a fascist”.

There were panicked scenes at the Trump rally, apparently prompted by shouts from at least one person in the crowd that the protester had a gun. Hundreds of people fled to the back of the auditorium in panic as Trump was hurriedly rushed from the stage by his security detail.

FALSE FLAG!!! This was a hyped up piece of crapola from the Deplorable Campaign of Donald Trump and his Deplorable supporters! This guy was a common day protestor. Not any "threat" to the Deplorable Candidates life for sure and had no reason what-so-ever to required Secret Service escort of the Idiot of a stage.

As noted in the story, a MEMBER OF THE DEPLORABLE'S in Reno shouted "Gun". There was not a gun of any type present. One cannot get a gun in 99.9% of all cases into any Presidential Candidates rally were the Secret Service is on duty.

This story needs to go vital. Tweet, Facebook, Instagram, Stumble and anything else social media related. Basically, this was a last ditch, down in the mud, false flag by a losing campaign to turn the narrative two days and counting until the Deplorable Candidate finished.
