We can thank him for starting NAFTA, which no one will remember he played an imp role in

because Bill Clinton enthusiastically supported it and signed it into law early in his first term.

But no one will remember that when we are enthusiastically pushing for the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which was originally George W's deal.
