Please consider helping renowned artist Michael D'Antuono in his effort to get 3 Billboard Trucks to run around Washington, D.C., seeking Impeachment of Donald Trump!

Writing is on the Wall - Trump is going down - as GOP now eats its own

Just FYI - a series of articles (Other than the McCain thingys) - on the GOP rank & file turning on the Donald.

The die is cast and Trump's end looms large. Though we are doomed to still have a GOP in the WH (succession line is Pence, then Ryan, then Hatch - or anyone 'planted' - should one such resign and be replaced); it will be a great relief to see the Orange Klan - gone.

The Memo: Team Trump frustrated by Russia cloud

Source: Congressional Media - The HILL

Frustrations are rising at the White House and in President Trumps broader orbit after a week that was consumed by controversy.

Trump allies voice frustration behind the scenes about the handling of the crisis centered on Donald Trump Jr.s meeting with a Russian lawyer. The presidents son agreed to the June 2016 rendezvous in the hope that the lawyer would deliver incriminating information about Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Most members of Team Trump acknowledged that the story was intrinsically bad for the administration and several expressed sympathy for a White House communications staff that had to improvise a response at short notice.

Texas Republican Bill Flores calls on Trump to remove his children from White House

Texas Republican Bill Flores calls on Trump to remove his children from White House

Source: CBS News

A key House Republican is recommending that President Trump kick his children out of the White House in the wake of revelations that Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer last year who offered dirt on Hillary Clinton.

"I'm going out on a limb here, but I would say that I think it would be in the president's best interest if he removed all of his children from the White House," Rep. Bill Flores, R-Texas, told TV station KBTX on Wednesday when asked about the Don Jr. meeting.

"I do find issues with the meeting," Flores said. "It's a meeting that should not have taken place...I think he thought he was looking out for his father's best interest."

Flores is the former chairman of the conservative Republican Study Committee. But on this issue, at least among among Republicans, he's in the minority. The president and a number of congressional Republicans have dismissed the concerns that he Don Jr. shouldn't have taken the meeting.

RNC chair: 'I don't even know' if it's legal for RNC to pay Trump's legal fees

Source: CNN

First of all, I don't even know if that's legal, if we would even be allowed to do that," Romney McDaniel said.
"I'm always going to look to support the President.

But we've gotta just make sure that anything we do is legal and then we'd have to talk to people who donated to us and make sure they'd want to do it that way," she added

The GOP are starting to eat their own!

Federal Court To Decide Whether GE Capital Complicit In Ponzi Scheme

Source: Forbes

By December 8, 2000, GE Capital Corporation (GECC) had received nearly $50 million that it had loaned to Petters Capital, a company that specialized in buying bulk lots of merchandise from various retailers and then re-selling them to large, big box, distributors like Costco and Walmart. GECC had grown concerned over Petters’ banking habits, late payments, unscrupulous owner and the discovery that the underlying assets were fraudulent. Getting the money returned must have been a huge relief.

GECC grew suspicious enough to place a call directly to Costco, one of the vendors reported on Petters Capital’s receivables. Costco had no record of the invoices that Petters had reported to GECC as outstanding. Paul Feehan, an executive of GECC at the time, got on the phone and started screaming at Petters, according to a deposition given in October 2013, “This is a fraud. This is all one, big fraud.” When things calmed down, Petters promised to pay back the loan along with all the substantial fees associated with it. After a few missed promises-to-pay, the final payment occurred and GECC went on its way to find new customers and Petters’ CEO, Thomas Petters, went on to continue building one of the largest Ponzi schemes in U.S. History.

This month, U.S. District Bankruptcy Judge Paul G. Hyman, Jr. ruled that he would neither give summary judgement for GECC to dismiss the lawsuit, nor grant PBFB an outright judgement for damages from GECC. So on to trial they go

According to Jeffrey Sloman, the former United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and now a private attorney who was called on as an expert by Mukamal, it looks like GECC would have faced criminal charges had he been at the helm and known about the Petters discovery. Sloman concluded, “… had I been presented with these facts while I was a prosecutor, I would have concluded that there is probable cause that GECC’s employees committed promotional money laundering and conspiracy to commit promotional money laundering, and that GECC could be held criminally liable for the illegal acts of its employees, and therefore, I would likely have sought an indictment.” Sloman knows a good Ponzi scheme when he sees one, he worked on the Scott Rothstein case in South Florida.

I own the Petters-Fraud.com website, since fighting from 2006, to get Petters and others arrested for national fraud schemes.

GE, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Bain Vapital are all involved in the Petters Ponzi fraud..

but none of them are ever being held accountable.
