While the Senate Judicial Committee hearing with Dr. Christine Blasey, one Fox News pundit implied that the sexual assault survivor was a slut.
The questioning progressed, but Fox News contributor Kevin Jackson tweeted out that Dr. Ford was lying skanks, and called all leftist women skanky.
Another tweet implied that students having problems in schools are likely the result of promiscuity, which he wrote in all capital letters.
Dang girl, stop opening your legs and OPEN A BOOK! he tweeted.

I'm Laser Haas, knocking on Romney's door, to ask - Toys R Us - WTF
Yup, this is me, a victim of Mitt Romney's racketeering, a dozen times over; and I figured I'd knock on Mitt Romney's house, in La Jolla, California, to ask him -
- Toys R Us - WTF????
Waited around a few minutes (10 total), to see if Mitt or some security/ police would come to meet us/ at his door.
After Romney had dinner with Trump (so that nobody could sit in on the conversation) it appears that Obstruction of Justice has become the order of the these days.
Mitt's Bain Capital is being protected by Trump; because an indictment of Bain Capital would also be an indictment of Goldman Sachs (Sachs & Bain Cap are 20 years partners in Racketeering of Mattel, Kay Bee, Fingerhut & eToys etc.; which led to the collapse of Toys R Us).
Of course, Donald the Great (Puhhhllleeeaaassseee) is so busy draining the swamp of Goldman Sachs people that he slipped up and put Sachs/ Bain guys in charge of the SEC (Jay Clayton) and as a Judge on Delaware Federal Court (Colm Connolly).
Mitt is probably in Utah, campaigning for his Senate seat; which is likely to lead to his 2020 POTUS run.
Hope his security tape got my smiling face!
Next chance I'll have, are my D.C. hearings on Wall Street frauds; and DOJ blindness/ cover-ups.
..................Justice is coming
I'm going to have stuff to say about MitTwit- real soon!

Cheyenne Ross, an analyst for the Legislative Policy and Research Office, already has a lawsuit pending in Marion County Circuit Court.
A woman who researches and develops policy for the Oregon Legislature filed a federal lawsuit on Tuesday, accusing the state of paying her less than male co-workers with similar qualifications and job duties.

SEC Awards Almost $4 Million To Overseas Whistleblower
Source: Mondo Visione Worldwide Exchanges Intelligence
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that it has awarded nearly $4 million to an overseas whistleblower whose tip led it to open an investigation and whose extensive assistance helped it bring a successful enforcement action.
Whistleblowers, whether they are located in the U.S. or abroad, provide a valuable service to investors and help us stop wrongdoing, said Jane Norberg, Chief of the SECs Office of the Whistleblower. This award recognizes the continued, important assistance provided by the whistleblower throughout the course of the investigation.
The SEC has now awarded over $326 million to 59 individuals since issuing its first award in 2012. In that time, more than $1.7 billion in monetary sanctions have been ordered against wrongdoers based on actionable information received by whistleblowers.
Whistleblowers may be eligible for an award when they voluntarily provide the SEC with original, timely, and credible information that leads to a successful enforcement action. Whistleblower awards can range from 10 percent to 30 percent of the money collected when the monetary sanctions exceed $1 million. All payments are made out of an investor protection fund established by Congress that is financed entirely through monetary sanctions paid to the SEC by securities law violators. No money has been taken or withheld from harmed investors to pay whistleblower awards.

Former Cuomo Aide Joe Percoco Gets 6 years in Prison for Fraud, Corruption
Source: Spectrum News
A federal judge Thursday sentenced a former top aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo to six years in prison for fraud and accepting bribes.
Joseph Percoco was convicted in March of accepting more than $300,000 in bribes from companies that wanted to gain influence with the Cuomo administration. He was acquitted of extortion.
Cuomo wasn't accused of wrongdoing, but testimony presented an unflattering picture of the inner workings of his office.
Speaking in Manhattan, U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni said she hoped the sentence would be heard in the state capital.

Madoff Tipster Has Big Concerns About SEC's Whistleblower Proposal
Source: National Law Journal
In 2009, with the wounds of Bernie Madoffs financial fraud still fresh, a forensic accountant named Harry Markopolos told a congressional committee that he gift wrapped and delivered damning evidence of the scheme to securities regulatorsonly to be ignored.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission soon would go on to create a whistleblower program, part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street reform overhaul. Markopolos had recommended such a program, one that has generated tens of millions of dollars in award bounty for tipsters.
A decade later, Markopolos now worries that proposed changes to the SECs whistleblower program could undercut the agencys efforts to attract tipsters cut in his mold: outside analysts who pull together a puzzle of publicly available information to give regulators an eye-opening picture of fraud.

Betsy DeVos Loses Lawsuit On Student Loan Forgiveness
Got this one too late for LBN. Be that as it may, according to Forbes, a Federal Judge ruled that Davis loses on her plots concerning student loan forgiveness.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/zackfriedman/2018/09/17/student-loans-lawsuit-devos/#2cbcb7756323
Per Forbes article
Attorneys general from 19 states, plus District of Columbia, sued U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos and the U.S. Department of Education for delaying a borrower protection rule that was scheduled to take effect beginning July 1.
The lawsuit was filed in federal district court in Washington, D.C. and alleged that DeVos illegally delayed the implementation of the borrower defense to repaying rule, which was intended by the Obama administration to make it easier for defrauded student loan borrowers to receive student loan debt forgiveness.
The attorneys general claimed that DeVos violated the Administrative Procedures Act because she did not meet the standard for a delay, give proper notice or afford adequate time for public comment. The lawsuit asked the court to implement the borrower defense rule promptly.
In a 57-page legal opinion, U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss wrote that the Education Departments rationale was was arbitrary and capricious.

Sen. Warren sponsered Bill to end - Too Big to Jail - but it died
https://twitter.com/adomantholdings/status/1041388236415873024.
Back in March, 2018, Senator Warren cries a loud foul and sponsored a BILL that the - Too Big to Jail - must end.
Unfortunately, in the era of Trump, it has near zero chance of getting done.
The Tweet, above, is from one of the millions of people harmed by the mortgage crisis, where the fraud continues to this very day.
As a matter of fact, Trump's Administration is eviscerating Dodd Frank, Sarbanes Oxley; and, with Goldman Sachs Jay Clayton running the SEC -prosecutions of financial fraud is on the demise.
And that shit ain't right!
Real journalists are whistleblowers: the rest should STFU
https://twitter.com/WhistlblowrNews/status/1041365645722451968Since the consolidation of media outlets, into the hands of ruthless few (Bezos & Murdoch, Bain Capital, etc.,) there's not much, any more, in the way of investigative journalism.
Most journos, today, are mouth pieces for bad agendas.
Matthew Goldstein for NYT DealB%k (funded by Goldman Sachs) is no better than Romney's LameBlah, and Ham"ity.
Goldstein sings what Goldman Sachs wails.
Question is, why do we give these bullchiters, time of day.
The Tweet, above, is about Daniel Ellsberg, who was a true, red-white & blue, whistleblower, who found a real investigative journalist, that exposed the Pentagon Papers.
Ellsberg risked his life, as they tried to put him in prison.
Daniel Ellsberg is a hero.
As the reporters hunted down truths, editors let the tales be told, once the facts were corroborated.
Editors today, are a breed apart, of editors of yesteryear.
Now, during the current era of mega mergers, of main stream.media outlets, things have grown so big, Bain Capital's Clear Channel is in bankruptcy, for more than $20 billion.
WaPo was broke, also, as are others, like Tribune.
Ruppert's conglomerate, was in jeopardy of swinging to becoming a real threat; because his sons aren't GOP diehards (like their father).
So, Sinclair is buying up stations, to maintain status quo.
Question is, has the drive for profits, combined with the killing of investigative journalism, resulted in an unsustainable business model.
All I know is, journos should tell the truth - or STFU!
https://twitter.com/davidsirota/status/104135300665290289
.
Unfortunately, there are too few.
.
Having our eToys related cases, written about more than 169 times, and several documentaries (including a few on American Greed), I've unwittingly become, sort of an expert on journalists ways & means.
Some find a way; and some are really mean.
Unfortunately, as I've learned, all too well, reporters do not control the presses.
Editors, owners and general counsels control what we see and hear; which, more often than not, tends to be a skewed view, of the facts.
Lee Camp, Greg Palast and Chris Hedges are pro journo, who hunt down facts and tell true tales; which has cost them lucrative careers.
Now, you make arguments for TYT, or Taibbi, Sirota and Amy; but I know them to be, a strange breed (wishing Sirota practiced what he preaches, in that Tweet, above).
Here's how the real world treats - Real investigative - journalists.
WSJ's Joe Periera did the 1st, true story, in July 2005, on our eToys case, about Paul Traub.
Pereira lost his beat!
Matt Taibbi took my stuff and did his famous Mitt Roimney Rolling Stone cover story ("Greed and Debt"

Taibbi then.left his beat; later coming back to Rolling Stone (IMO becoming impotent).
Rmuse at POLITICUSUSA.com, did a series of stories, on Romney & Bain Capital.
Then, Rmuse, lost his beat.
Nathaniel Downs did one of the best stories, for Addicting Info, about my suing Romney/ Bain/ Sachs, for RICO ("Romney Slapped with Racketeering"

Downes lost his beat.
FireDogLake's Daniel Wright actuslly, sort of joined Downes, were Wright helped stopped Romney's 3rd POTUS run.
FDL closed and became ShadowProof, were Wright may have kept his beat; but he went wrong - told me to F off!
L.A. Times, Scott Glover, didn't even mention me, or our etoys case name, when he reported on GW Bush guy shutting doen the Public Corruption Task Force (see "Shake-up toils federal prosecutors"

Fed prosecutors kept theirs, as Glover lost his beat.
New York Times Joe Nocera didn't talk to me, when he wrote his article in March 2013 ("Rigging the I.P.O. Game"

Nocera lost his beat!
The list goes on and on. Such as Crooks and Liars doing a retell of Nathaniel Downs "Romney Slapped with Racketeering".
Crooksandliars was sold and the new person told me to F..offand locked me out from commenting of their realm.
Thing is, there are those who care about true investigative journalism; and they tend to lose their beat - some even lose their lives; but not main - lame - stream.
ProPublica's Eisinger wrote a book about the Feds being "Chickenshits"; but Eisinger & ProPublica are also Chickenchits - themselves.
Romney is going to be Utah's Senator, and the Boston Globe was owned by the NYT; and is now owned by Redsox owner - Mr. Henry.
The Globe isn't saying much about Mitt, these days.
Cause and effect was NYT Nocera doing a story on 1/10th of the fraud in our eToys case; and, yet, Nocera's "Rigging the IPO Game" article, resulted in Bain Capital having to shut down going public with Toys R Us.
Just think about what would have happen, if any of these lame-stream media outlets had actually done a Dan Ellsberg effort on this massive Wall Street fraud case?
We may never know. Thousands have lost billions and people have died, untimely, to make sure our etoys case stays buried.
Romney can't run, in 2020, until Toys R Us & I - die!
You see that's The Washington Post talking about "How to be a Journalist" and "What is a Whistleblower".
Besos gang doesnt know shit from shineola about either one.
I'm a Whistleblower (some reporting says I'm a "serial whistleblower"

And, as for WaPo's slogan, upon its website, stating "Democracy Dies in Darkness"
IMO - WaPo and likekind - are the ones killing it.
And, as such, WaPo and their - likekind - should STFU!
