Bachmann's Hubris May Land Her in Jail

Michelle Bachmann is an arrogant holier than thou (who chomps on Keilbasa good) - and abuses her staff like a Queen who would axe anyone getting in the way. She has a Bachmann-gate scandal brewing on many levels - including one that Minnesota is working fiendishly to bury (that of Frank Vennes).

Bachmann's haughtier is based on her desire to be in the limelight and she should be careful what she wishes for.

Bain Capital began with "seedy" monies from Salvadoran "Death Squads" and such other fundings as Michael Milken. How Romney was able to keep Milken's money (and then file bankruptcy on it later) - is also a big story. As reported by Rolling Stone's September 2012 cover story titled "Greed and Debt" True Story about Mitt Romney and Bain Capital; activist Matt Taibbi points out the fact that the Judge over Milken's case, had a wife who was partners in Romney's Stage Stores deal.

Then he moved to Indiana and became head executive of Bader Company (insurance of storage units). There's the MNAT merger of Romney's 'The Learning Company' - with Mattel in 1999. Then there's the Stage Stores/ Liquidity Solutions dealings in 2000/2001. Compounding them there thing'ees is the fall of 2000 Bain Capital acquisition of Kay Bee Toys (never forgetting that Michael Glazer is CEO of Kay Bee & Director of Stage Stores). All of which funneled itself into eToys, as one of the largest schemes to destroy a 2 year old public company and devour a federal bankruptcy estate that you will ever see or hear of. All of which is then made morose by the fact that Michael Glazer (now blessed with a "handpicked" United States Attorney of Delaware - in Romney's pocket) - then paying himself $18 million and Bain Capital $83 million.

------ Obviously, the question that begs is "Laser was only offered $1 million (actually it was originally $850,000 and an offer to bump it up to $1 million) - and they (the skullduggery gang) upped the ante to $18 million for Michael Glazer. Therefore, many say Mr. Liquidator "probably" wouldn't turn down $18 million. While I will disagree with you, the fact of the matter is, only the actual test is definitive. Truth is, I believe I would have said no - no matter how much (the higher the money, the more one quakes in their boots). Be that as it may, as you will come to see and witness, the money was not the driving factor. The abduction of my daughter, the attempt to kill eToys shareholder Robert Alber (who had to shoot/kill his assailant Michael Sesseyoff in Kingman Arizona), the death of Anna Schaefer (whom I paid to move back to Minnesota). The demise of Marty Lackner (brother of MN Assistant U.S. Attorney J. Lackner) - is an issue that will ALWAYS haunt me. Super compounded with the bizzaro murder of John ("Jack&quot Wheeler and my fiduciary duty to my job (protecting the eToys entity/ estate) - is what has driven me.

They (Romney's Gang) have gotten away with it and will ALWAYS get away with it. All those so called "friends"/family - REALLY PISSES ME OFF.

Believe it or not, the million dollars was not the issue. What was REAL important to me, is that my entire career (25 years of such in 2001) was a quest to become one of the 10 biggest Liquidation/ Turn Around Manage guys in the country.

Also Meteor Blades at DailyKos, assuaged me from the dark side (and I'm forever greatful to him) - as I (used to be) - one of the RWNJ that listened to Bible thumpers and Chief Justices on bended knee - thankful for the crumbs that they would toss down to my chain wrapped body (maybe that is why I've paid such a heavy price - my former homophobia's - from being abused when young). By asking Attorney General Eric Holder about the Governor Don Siegelman case, and kindly requesting that he take action on this long overdue issue, you have become a hero to many Americans.

It is an atrocity that this case was ever tried in the first place, but that it could have gone as far as it has, with so much glaring truth to the criminality being committed by the prosecutors, the judge and the nefarious Karl Rove and Bill Canary, should be a stark revelation to anyone as to how far off course our justice system has strayed.

Those people are only part of the list who should be investigated when our leaders take a serious look at this case. When this happens America will see how our justice system has been used to destroy innocent lives and pad the power and pockets of countless people with malevolent intent.

Congressman Cohen, I hope this will be your first step in embarking on a path to justice for Gov. Siegelman. Nothing can be done to give back this last decade they have taken from him, but something must be done to give him back the rest of his life.

I hope you will ask your colleagues to join you in extending your request to President Obama. It is time for him to do what he must to end this miscarriage of justice.

Thank you so much for asking Attorney General Holder, but please don’t let that fall by the wayside, as it has been an impossible climb to get the attention of the Attorney General and the President in this matter. Joe Biden: The Rolling Stone Interview

FDR switched out VPs with the regularity of a farmer rotating his crops. Harry Truman had little use for the lightweight Alben Barkley. Dwight Eisenhower never really trusted Richard Nixon. Historian Robert Caro just published an award-winning 736-page biography – The Passage of Power – that essentially chronicles JFK's deep aversion for LBJ. Nixon's selection of the pugilist Spiro Agnew in 1968 as his vice president blew up in his face a few years later: A volcanic eruption of ethics charges were levied against Agnew, and he was forced to resign. Gerald Ford and his vice president, Nelson Rockefeller, never quite jelled. Ford, in fact, asked Bob Dole to run as the VP candidate in 1976 – an awful slap to Rockefeller. Although it's true that Jimmy Carter was extraordinarily close to Walter Mondale, their relationship lacked the two-term gravitas of Obama and Biden's ironclad bond. Ronald Reagan wasn't particularly intimate with George H.W. Bush; their wives often feuded. And when Bush became president, he didn't take Dan Quayle very seriously. (Nor did the country.)


As Biden tells it, these days he and the president see eye to eye on all policy issues. Only their nuances are slightly different. It's not far-fetched to think that Biden will run for president in 2016 on Obama's coattails. This notion surprises many Republicans, who feel Obama is foundering and that Biden, who will be 74 at the beginning of the next presidential term, is too old. But Biden is smart to stay close to Obama, whose public-approval rating hovers just below 50 percent (a number that rises to around 75 percent among registered Democrats). Assuming Hillary Clinton runs for president in 2016, she will sell herself as a successor to her husband, harkening back to the economic heyday of the 1990s. By contrast, if Biden gets into the race, it will be as an Obama Democrat promising to expand on the record of the last two terms.

Even though I have bones to pick with Joe, he did do the country a solid that will never make it into the history books (and probably saved my life in the process). You will find this hard to swallow - but I reached out to Senator Biden and articulated that we were on a pathway to becoming advesaries - when he did actually blow my mind.

I'm Romney's personal enemy - and therefore enemy of his (retroactive secret) Colm F Connolly. Who just so happens to be a corrupt former U.S. Attorney in Delaware

See Colm's Resume at the Department of Justice Office of Legal Policy ( HERE ). If you will take NOTE - you will see that Colm F Connolly was a partner of the www.MNAT.com law firm at the very same EXACT time that Romney claims to be "retroactively" retired from. This is because Mitt's other (secret) attorneys (Paul Traub and MNAT) have already confessed lying under oath 34 times to a Chief Federal Justice. Then Romney resigned as Bain Capital's CEO in August 2001. While Colm F Connolly did then become the Delaware United States Attorney on August 2, 2001.

Just like Chris Christie was rewarded with New Jersey Governor seat after giving his former boss (John Ashcroft) a $50 million dollar NO BID contract (Chrisitie has to go testify about the issue HERE). In a similar corrupt fashion, Romney's RICO Gang tried to reward Colm F Connolly with a Federal Judge Bench in the Delaware District Court.

But that failed - do to the American hero - Senator Joe Biden.

While he was running for President, Joe Biden went out on a limb and refused to sign the requisite Senator's Slip to process Colm Connolly's nomination for Federal Justice. Senator Biden paid a heavy price as the hometown paper (The Wilmington News Journal) - did go after Joe Biden - relentlessly.

I'm for Joe Biden with VP Hillary in 2016 and to help them, I'm NOT stopping my battle to get Romney the Racketeer tossed in jail OR at the barest of minimums, A RICO seizure of Clear Channel Communications before the elections of 2014!

Even though I have bones to pick with Joe, he did do the country a solid that will never make it into the history books (and probably saved my life in the process).

You will find this hard to swallow - but I reached out to Senator Biden and articulated that we were on a pathway to becoming advesaries - when he did actually blow my mind.

If you will take NOTE - you will see that Colm F Connolly was a partner of the www.MNAT.com law firm at the very same EXACT time that Romney claims to be "retroactively" retired from. This is because Mitt's other (secret) attorneys (Paul Traub and MNAT) have already confessed lying under oath 34 times to a Chief Federal Justice. Then Romney resigned as Bain Capital's CEO in August 2001. While Colm F Connolly did then become the Delaware United States Attorney on August 2, 2001.

Just like Chris Christie was rewarded with New Jersey Governor seat after giving his former boss (John Ashcroft) a $50 million dollar NO BID contract. Romney's RICO Gang tried to reward Colm F Connolly with a Federal Judge Bench in the Delaware District Court.

But that failed - do to the American hero - Senator Joe Biden.

While he was running for President, Joe Biden went out on a limb and refused to sign the requisite Senator's Slip to process Colm Connolly's nomination for Federal Justice. Senator Biden paid a heavy price as the hometown paper (The Wilmington News Journal) - did go after Joe Biden - relentlessly.

John Sampson, State Senator, Indicted; Brooklyn Relieved He Wasn't Elected DA

Well, we guess the voters were right to re-elect Charles Hynes back in 2005, when he was pushed fairly hard in the democratic primary by challenger, state Sen. John Sampson. (Hynes won by about four percentage points.)


Sampson, a 15-year veteran of the Legislature and chair of the senate ethics committee, was arrested today on two counts of embezzlement for, in part, using money embezzled from accounts of sales of foreclosed houses--over which he was supposed to be the protector--to finance that campaign against Hynes. He was also charged with tampering with evidence and witnesses.

Say what one wants about Hynes--and we have--but then imagine if Sampson had actually defeated the long-serving DA. Brooklynites would have an accused embezzler and evidence and witness tamperer in the most powerful law enforcement position in the borough. Yikes!

"At the conclusion of the [FBI] interview, the agents advised Sampson that he had lied to federal agents, which constituted a federal crime," prosecutors said. "When asked whether he wished to revise his statement, Sampson stated, 'Not everything I told you was false.'"

Sounds like a cry for help.

Yep - I know it is frustrating - but that's all there is. Even the story of scrutiny of the Rules of Judicial Misconduct (apparently) are "behind closed doors" type of discussion.

An email to the article's author has been sent, requesting a release of more information. Or, at the barest of minimums, where you can sign up for a free 90-day account - the article is restricted to "Premium" account holders. Therefore, I asked them to consider lowering the status of the article - so that we may post more information here.

We will see - what will be - but the issues of Federal Judicial Misconduct are most certainly a topic of national significance and worthy of "open" debate and discussions.
