Doonesbury fans know Roland B Henley as based on Sam Donaldson ( to LastLiberal in PalmSprings, below, for setting the record straight..tho we both agree there is some Wolf Blizter in there too)
So, Henley is now covering the WH, providing some much needed chuckles.

A Time Magazine with Trump on the cover hangs in his golf clubs. Its fake.

The framed copy of Time Magazine was hung up in at least four of President Trump’s golf clubs, from South Florida to Scotland. Filling the entire cover was a photo of Donald Trump.

“Donald Trump: The ‘Apprentice’ is a television smash!” the big headline said. Above the Time nameplate, there was another headline in all caps: “TRUMP IS HITTING ON ALL FRONTS . . . EVEN TV!”

This cover — dated March 1, 2009 — looks like an impressive memento from Trump’s pre-presidential career. To club members eating lunch, or golfers waiting for a pro-shop purchase, it seemed to be a signal that Trump had always been a man who mattered. Even when he was just a reality-TV star, Trump was the kind of star who got a cover story in Time.

EXCEPT..........

There was no March 1, 2009, issue of Time Magazine. And there was no issue at all in 2009 that had Trump on the cover.

Yertle is gonna delay the deathCare vote till after recess.

Which means:

1. he does not have the votes now ????....
2. we have more time to get more calls in to Senator's offices.

Ivanka: can't do deposition because she is a high-ranking government official.

A Manhattan judge has ordered Ivanka Trump to give a deposition in a lawsuit by an Italian designer accusing her of trademark infringement and ripping off a shoe design.
The ruling was in response to her lawyers’ arguments that Trump should be allowed to skip the deposition in part because of her “extraordinary circumstances” as a “high-ranking government employee.”

In a statement filed with the court June 16, Trump said she had “no involvement in the conception, design, production or sale of the Hettie shoe,” the sandal at the center of the suit by Florence shoemaker Aquazzura. She said her only involvement was a “final sign-off of each season’s line after it was first reviewed and approved by the company’s design team.”

the judge did not buy her excuse.

At the link there are pics of the original shoe and of her rip-off. Seems pretty obvious.

Trump won every surprise swing state by the same 1% margin.

That 1% margin was just low enough to avoid audits.

Way too "coincidental" says a lot of us.
whadda ya think????
