About Me

I thought I knew a lot, and I found out... how little I knew about what I know. And how much more there is to learn, if I listen and read what others have to say.

Liz Cheney and Mitt Romney could change the Republican Party or start a "new party"

These two make common sense. Those two words challenge the Republican Party. If they started a
...new party that would permanently hurt the current Republican Party because some in that
party follow the common sense ideas of these two out spoken leaders...

"Wounded Knee Massacre" ..Proof we fail to teach about .. genocide of Native Americans.

Did you know about this? Probably Not............

"....An 1890 massacre left some 250 Native Americans dead, in what was the final clash between federal troops and the Sioux. Old people, women and children. On purpose by an leader in the military..
.......................................................................................................................................

from the link below
By the time the massacre was over, more than 250 men, women and children of the Lakota had been killed and 51 were wounded (4 men and 47 women and children, some of whom died later); some estimates placed the number of dead as high as 300.[3]

You haven't heard about the ...Massacre at Wounded Knee, have you?

... total proof that we do not teach about "genocide of Native Americans"

Favorite cartoon characters of all time?.movie, TV or intenet, doesn't matter. As many as You wish.

Now that Ruddy has been "raided", will he make a deal with prosecutors squel on Trump?

Just asking and bringing this up for discussion. They had a reason to raid Rudy, & know what they were looking for..

I learned a new term today...& am passing it on...Carpe Diem.."seize the day"

What does Carpe Diem literally mean?

seize the day

Carpe diem, (Latin: “pluck the day” or “seize the day”) phrase used by the Roman poet Horace to express the idea that one should enjoy life while one can. ...

When asked about President Joe Biden's decision to withdraw US troops from Afghanistan, Vice President Kamala Harris said Biden was a man of extraordinary courage because he made decisions based on his convictions rather than politics.

Unwritten police rule: "You can get away with anything" totally destroyed by cell phone cameras

...I don't know, but I believe there was an unwritten rule which stated basically that as a cop, you could
get away with "anything and face no consequences"...(my opinion)...Now, everyone has a cell phone, and some cops are now required to carry them, ...that rule is gone forever.....

...I believe that there will be far less police brutality because of the Derrick Chauvin case. Cops will talk
to each others and will inform new cops that the situation has changed with these body cameras. In
reality, now the cops cannot get away with what 10 years ago, they believed they could get away with.

....The shooting of Walter Scott on April 4, 2015 ..was the beginning. Scott was running away from a cop that shot him. That cop, Michael Slager, got 20 years in prison. Chauvin is the end...

COWETA COUNTY, Ga. — A man is now in custody after investigators say he followed a woman, then shot her along Interstate 85 in a possible case of road rage.

The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office said the shooting happened Tuesday somewhere between the Newnan and the Fairburn exits around 5:45 a.m.

“I think it was road rage, something like that, not a random shooting on the interstate,” said Toby Nix with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said the victim and the man under arrest, DeAnthony Clark, worked at Hello Fresh, a meal boxing and delivery company in Newnan.

Even though the suspect and victim worked at the same facility, authorities said they don’t believe the two knew each other

When they were leaving an overnight shift early Tuesday morning, the victim may have unknowingly cut in front of Clark as they left the parking lot.

“We believe she didn’t know what she did to anger him. He was angry about something that happened in the parking lot, followed up the interstate and shot her,” Nix said.

The gunman fired at least two shots at the woman’s car and one bullet hit her in the back. Paramedics rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital where she underwent surgery to remove the bullet.
