About Me

Firm believer that all corporations are as open to the same extent that corporations demand of the government. Then they must be allowed to exist when they, corporations, agree, in writing, that they are not living entities entitled to the same rights as Homo Sapiens. Equally as important is corporations, at no time and under no circumstance, are allowed to endanger the citizens nor the commons citizens inhabit. Any attempt, covert or otherwise to affect these rules by any means will be grounds for the immediate disillusion of said corporation(s) with all assets becoming the property of the commons. Lastly, when it is established, any and all elected or appointed officials that violate their sworn Oath of Office, they be removed and prosecuted for their violation(s) to the full extent of the law. Anything less is violates the Rule of Law of which is the foundation of our nation.

Guantanamo Bay

Whether everyone (to include the NRA, et al), the Mercers, etc., who either took money, publicly lied (and under oath), suborned terrorism or committed high treason will ever be held to account. For that, we need only look the history corporate and their political puppets, democratic, of course. The other party, formerly proud Americans, albeit, as a group, were significantly deferential to the need of the wealthy. To the point that if you stole $40, $50 billion dollars, and maybe a few villagers die along the way, you might be fined couple of billion (more like a couple of million) and received little, if an community service.

I believe we have an ongoing lease for Guantanamo. Additionally, since we have released many former terrorists, why not assign some new terrorists.

We should make sure everyone involved while being paid to represent the best interest of all Americans, should be stripped of their jobs, stripped of all finances to include all retirement benefits, to include security.

If it was just a citizen that did any of this....like lying to the F.B.I., the House, the Senate, stealing BILLIONS to throw a party for your friends
said citizen would never see the light of day again.

THE INSIGNIFICANCE OF GLOBAL WARMING

I cannot understand all of the arguments being had while republiscums's are "softening" their denier positions.

Perhaps, if we look under the covers we can see the bigger threat to our planet that has been ignored for far too long.

We are on the precipice of an extinction event for planet Earth.

Currently we have a live China Syndrome in Japan. The reactor core is eating its way to the center of the Earth.

But, hey, electing a moron for president is a 24/7/365 day obsession....

Go figure....

Trump Immigration Policy?

Surprisingly no one as of yet has had the temerity to call the separation of children from their parents at the border for what
is all too obvious....

Trump has and is openly engaging in Human Trafficking.

The Promise

According to multiple sources, SC Justice Kennedy and Trump cut a deal designed for Trump to protect Kennedy's son, Justin, if he resigned.
As an employee of the Deutsche Bank Justin Kennedy loaned $1 billion to Trump and is likely to face an investigation. For this protection,
Trump required Kennedy's "support" of Brett Kavanaugh nomination to replace Kennedy on the court.

No wonder Kavacow is pissed.

We should be too.

The JUSTICE Department and FBI should investigate this unholy deal and act accordingly.

SENATE REPUBLICANS TO FINISH WHAT

Brett Kavanaugh couldn't.

The Republican Senators are try to schedule to publicly televised rape of Ford.

Clearly the Grassley & Hatch are on a steady diet of Viagra which would explain why
they are so eager to burn this witch at the stake.

The temerity! The nerve!

That this woman, (like Hill and Ford), would make such a bold accusation is an affront to all those men, (like us) that have
gotten away with the rape of women throughout history, is unacceptable.

Forget that the number one cause of death and abuse for women is entitled men like Kavanaugh and Trump. These Senators do not
want the unwritten right to treat women as chattel to be challenged on their watch.

Ford has already proved beyond a shadow-of-a-doubt that Kavanaugh had attacked her.

Kavanaugh, admittedly caught in an untenable situation, dug this hole himself by his prior rulings, statements, denials and obfuscations.

But this guy, Kavanaugh, is so bright he's become too stupid to be a jurist on ANY court because his entitled life never taught him the first rule of holes.

Who was the guy

that sat in the front row of Kavanaugh's first bullshit session with the Senate Judicial Committee? (He appears on tape while Kavanaugh while was being sworn in).

The "gentleman" in question sat to Kavanaugh's left and was sitting at the end of his chair while clearly eyeing Kavanaugh like a puppy that has to pee.

He appeared to be restless or concerned for Kavanaugh to the point where he seemed to wanted jump up and go to Kavanaugh.

Additionally, not only did he seemed to be an acolyte, in every sense of the word, and someone a couple of sandwiches short
of a picnic.

I would like to run his name through the Federal Criminal database. Not that I could, but someone might.

Kavanaugh records being illegally suppressed

The partisan nature of what documents should be presented the Democratic Senators is appalling and smacks of a fixed process with a predetermined outcome. Was the process "fixed"?

When the National Archives claimed they need a sufficient amount of time to provide the requested documents to the Senate Judicial Committee, the "Rule of Law Committee" which they estimated to be some time in October. However, the Republicans, marching in lock step, were determined not to wait for the documents from the National Archives. Instead "the rule of law" Republican members, decided move forward, arbitrarily, absent concurrence from the Democratic members. In fact, Mr. Grassley stated that Mr. Leahy had provided "consent"
when further committee discussion established the complete partisanship in this process.

The meeting of Paul Ryan and others of the Republican leadership, determined the next focus of their fellow Republicans is that Mr. Kavanaugh be confirmed post-haste, before the mid-term election. Only then can the termination of Jeff Sessions can occur.

Mr. Cornyn stated, quoting from the Wall Street Journal, that Ms. Kagans document production from the National Archives were supervised by Bruce Lindsey, appointed by Mr. Clinton. Working with the National Archives Mr. Lindsey provided some 90% + of available documentation to the connittee. Whereas Mr. Cornyn attempts to conflate Mr. Burke sole authority to rule on which documents are ""committee confidential" absent the review or a bipartisan concurrence has only produced 10% of available documentation to the committee.

To make matters worse, Mr. Hatch, regarding this selection process for Mr. Kavanaugh, on day one, made his the position and by default his fellow Republicans on the committee absolutely clear, Mr. Kavanaugh should not be concerned as "You," (Mr. Kavanaugh) "will be confirmed".

No jurist that has determined how they will decide prior to proceeding should be allowed to participate in the process.

We are at war!

How is it that the attack on Pearl Harbor was an act of war while Russia's efforts to elect Trump isn't?

On December 7, 1941, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor crippling America's Pacific Navy.

On January 20, 2017, the Russians, having already securing the aid and assistance of the Trump Administration, colluded to "bomb" the foundations of our government.

Trump continued Russia's unchallenged attacks on our country by appointing individuals to the cabinet, the Departments of E.P.A., Education, the State Department, the DOJ, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban development, Energy and FCC, all sharing the same goals of either destroying the institutions established to protect our country and to drain America's wealth for their own benefit.

By ignoring the initial attack by the Russians and the Republicans, we now are consigned to watch the day-to-day distractions designed to run-out-the-clock until our destruction is cemented. The ouster of any support of the current administration must be our daily goal.

The first step should be to purge the White House of the illegality of Nepotism. It is against the law and for good reason. Like the Estate Tax, the separation of Church and State, and prohibition of one party rule, it is our protection from the rise of "royals" as our leaders. These are the primary reasons America exists.

Yet, as the sands in the hourglass fall, and the efforts to address these issues falter again and again, making our national emergency an increasingly urgent problem, we allow Trump and Putin the time they need for the destruction of America. No? Really?

A simple false-flag event is all that Trump needs to declare marshall law, fire Mueller and anyone else standing in the way of the United States of Putin-Trump Inc.

Special Counsel for the OPIOID Crisis

We are awash in the damage that has been done by the Opioid Crisis in our country. Yet, after being informed of the lives lost to opioid overdoses and the costs born of response to this man-made crisis which fall to tax payers, we have learned that the "crisis" was the direct result of legislative actions in the House and Senate.
Instead of holding the 23 politicians, led by Orin Hatch in the Senate and the House, and the pharmaceutical lobbyists, who ALL made money, by provided pharmaceutical companies BILLIONS of dollars in profits, the same politicians provided protection the drug manufacturers liability for all of the deaths and all of the related costs for their murder of the victims of the crisis THEY created.
How can the republican party be allowed to sacrifice the lives of our fellow citizens for profit? We as just "plain" citizens would held accountable for the death another citizen through our actions or inaction, not paid.
It is time for the creation of a Special Counsel to address the murder of our fellow citizens before they offer up thousands more citizens lives for profits.
